The South Finals tournament featured a strong mix of guards and wings who consistently impacted games through pace, toughness, floor spacing, and defensive versatility. Rodriguez controls tempo extremely well and consistently creates advantages by pushing pace in transition and collapsing defenses off penetration. He plays with composure operating out of ball screens and does a strong job finding shooters and cutters once help defenders commit. Defensively, he competes hard at the point of attack and brings steady energy throughout possessions. His combination of pace, feel, and playmaking makes him an effective lead guard prospect. Offensively, he projects well in uptempo systems where he can pressure the paint and create advantages early in possessions.
