The third session of the CBG I-95 Series took place at U-Turn in Richmond this past weekend, with some of the top teams coming from all over the state to bump it up and compete with each other. With 17U being the biggest division, there are plenty of players who stood out, here's a look at part three of those standouts.

Savage recently announced that he will be reclassifying to the 2028 class at St. Michael, and that move should be a good one for him as he has so much potential with his freak athleticism. The 6'2” wing put that all on display with some highlight worthy dunks that shut the gym down, he skied for rebounds in traffic and over bigger post players, he blocked shots and got deflections in both games, and he played with a great motor on both ends of the floor too.

[player_tooltip player_id='3571284' first='Sam' last='Naidyhorski'] | 6'6” PF | Team Loaded 757

Naidyhorski was referred to as a “high school Jokic” by a college coach in attendance, as the big 6'6” forward showed a ton of versatility and was highly productive throughout the event. While he's not the quickest guy he handled the ball very well for his size grabbing rebounds and pushing in transition, he showed great vision as a passer both in transition and in the half court, he used his size to shield defenders and finish at the rim, and he showed the ability to stretch the floor with his perimeter shooting too.

Tabren Hawkins | 6'2” CG | Team Loaded 757

Hawkins has been one of the more consistent guards I've watched in the 757 over the past few years, as he is a talented and high IQ guard that makes the game simple and gets the job done. While he isn't the most athletic he's a strong guard and used that strength to handle pressure and get in the lane, he made open shots off the catch and on the move from deep, he got to spots in the midrange and made tough pull-ups, and he locked up ball handlers and kept them in front.

[player_tooltip player_id='2898019' first='Chase' last='Johnson'] | 6'1” PG | Team Loaded 757

The Loaded 757 backcourt is insanely deep and in any given game it could be a different guy, and in their second game of the day it was Johnson who shined. The 6'1” guard is compact and quick and lived in the lane coming off ball screens, he made shots from all three levels and showed the ability to take over scoring the ball, he thrived in the open floor getting to the rim and making plays for others, and he made plays on the defensive end as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='3571290' first='Shamar' last='Curley'] | 6'5” F | Local Legends

Curley is one of those players that just finds ways to be productive and integral to a team, as he is able and willing to play multiple positions for this Local Legends group when they need him to. He's a big time athlete who showed his ability to guard multiple positions and make plays defensively, he shot the ball well from multiple levels, he pushed the ball in transition and worked off the catch in the half court, and he showed his ability to rebound out of position too.

[player_tooltip player_id='2898030' first='Abram' last='Schrinel'] | 6'6” F | Team [program_tooltip program_id='2416185' first='Loaded' last='804'] Gold

Schrinel is mister consistency for this [program_tooltip program_id='2416185' first='Loaded' last='804'] Gold group that is currently 14-0 this spring, and he's another versatile piece who can impact the game in a lot of different ways. At 6'6” with long arms he played with grit in the paint fighting for rebounds and being particularly good on the offensive glass. He made shots in the midrange and showed improvement in his range, he sacrificed his body defensively and won 50-50 balls, and he left it all out there to help them win two big games.
