McDow finished the spring in impressive fashion with Hoop Atlanta during the May live period in Ohio, consistently showcasing his value as a perimeter scorer. A high academic prospect with good positional size, he is a reliable shot maker who possesses a quick, repeatable release and the ability to stretch the floor from well beyond the three-point line. McDow shoots with confidence, moves well without the basketball, and consistently creates spacing for his team. In addition to his shooting ability, he can serve as a secondary ball handler, making smart decisions and contributing as a playmaker when needed. His combination of size, shooting prowess, basketball IQ, and academic profile makes him a prospect college coaches should keep a close eye on this summer.

Newman is a high flying junior guard who put together an impressive spring with Redline on the UA Rise circuit. An explosive athlete, he excels in transition and is at his best when attacking the rim, where his speed, body control, and leaping ability make him a difficult cover. Newman consistently uses his athleticism to impact the game beyond scoring, creating extra possessions on the offensive glass and making plays on the defensive end with his energy and activity level. Perhaps most encouraging is the continued development of his offensive skill set, particularly his perimeter shooting, which has become noticeably more consistent. With his combination of athleticism, improving skill, and two way upside, Newman is a prospect whose stock continues to trend upward heading into the summer.

One of the most impressive prospects we evaluated on the New Balance PRO16 circuit, Rowe possesses a rare combination of athleticism, strength, and relentless motor that immediately stands out. A high level athlete, he is extremely difficult to keep out of the paint, consistently getting downhill and putting pressure on defenses with his explosiveness and physicality. Rowe finishes exceptionally well around the rim, converting through contact and above defenders, while his improving perimeter shot continues to add another dimension to his offensive game. He is outstanding in transition, where his speed, power, and athleticism allow him to create easy scoring opportunities. Beyond his offensive production, Rowe competes with a high motor and has all the physical tools college coaches look for in a high level defender, including strength, lateral quickness, athleticism, and versatility.

McVey continues to show steady improvement and is a prospect with a frontcourt prospect with a combination of size, strength, and developing skill. A big, physical post player, he has made noticeable strides with his mobility and overall versatility, allowing him to impact the game in more ways than just around the basket. McVey displays good touch in the paint and is comfortable finishing with either hand, making him an effective interior scoring option. He also has the ability to step away from the basket and knock down open jump shots out to the three point line, adding value as a floor spacing big man. Beyond his scoring ability, McVey is a capable passer with a good feel for the game, consistently making smart reads and contributing within the flow of the offense.

Another frontcourt prospect making significant strides, Phillips possesses an intriguing long term upside thanks to his combination of size, length, and mobility. He runs the floor well, finishes effectively in the paint, and has the athleticism to play above the rim as a finisher around the basket. Phillips is also comfortable stepping away from the paint and knocking down open jump shots out to the three point line, giving him valuable offensive versatility for a player his size. His mobility and developing skill set allow him to impact the game in multiple ways, and as he continues to add physical strength and fill out his frame, his ceiling remains very high.
