On Saturday March 28th I attended two club tournaments around the city with the Phenom Hoops West Mania at the Pyramid in Phx and the annual King of the City at the Phhacility in Phx.

I watched 11 games with 20 different teams on the long day and here were my Top-70 performers I viewed. These are not prospect rankings, but how did they do in the 1 or 2 games I viewed of them.

1st Team

[player_tooltip player_id='2146267' first='Micah' last='Andrews'] Deer Valley ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 2027)

One of the top two-way point guards on the day. His on-ball defense is close to elite with his quicker feet and hands. He will make plays for others with good passing and keeps improving his scoring. He will score it with pull-up threes, mid-range pull-ups, tough layups and dunks on the break.

[player_tooltip player_id='2875092' first='Cheikh' last='Biteye'] Bella Vista Prep (AZ Elite 17)

A bigger wing forward was one of the best athletes I viewed on the day. He had some eye popping dunks on the break after he collected a bunch of steals. He defends nearly every position with his twitch and insane length. He can shoot the three, get downhill and he is a sneaky good passer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2146239' first='Carsyn' last='Dean'] Ironwood ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 2027)

A bigger scoring guard makes it look easy. He has great size, length, athleticism and skill. He will rattle in threes off the catch with a nice looking stroke with range and he will throw it down way above the rim on the break. He also is a better passer then he gets credited with.

[player_tooltip player_id='2133646' first='Myles' last='Godfrey'] Cactus Shadows ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 2027)

Arguably THE top performance on the long day was Godfrey. His team was down around 20 and he single handedly brought them back to get within striking distance of winning. He showed it all off with dimes to teammates, scoring with hesitation takes, blow bys, hesitation pull up threes and he changes speeds better then most.

[player_tooltip player_id='2949469' first='Zane' last='Graham'] Paradise Valley ([program_tooltip program_id='2076365' first='PAL' last='Elite'] 17)

A tall and one of the longest guard/wing freshmen in the class. He seems to glide in the air on the break and plays way above the rim. He will score with mid-range pull-ups off the dribble, threes off the catch and often collects steals which lead to scores.

[player_tooltip player_id='2466738' first='Dewey' last='Henry'] Ironwood ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 2028) (Pictured)

A scoring lead guard set the tone early and filled up the scoreboard in a hurry. He has a super tight handle and can thread the needle but prefers to score. He will get to the basket with some slick drives with his handle, pull-up from mid to the three point line and he will kiss it off the glass with either hand. He is one of those players that can get hot in a hurry.

[player_tooltip player_id='2413544' first='Boie' last='Gomo'] Elite Prep AZ (AZ Elite 17)

One of the most athletic players on the day of any unsigned players is a newcomer for me. He will score with lob dunks above the box, and-1 rip thru's with either hand and he is a mid-range magician and has plus footwork with floaters. He will rebound and will push the pace with his length and blocks shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='1595014' first='Adrien' last='Isaac Porras'] JKP Academy ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 2027)

One of the most physically imposing post players in the state is an incredible runner and athlete. He flies on the break and seems to never get tired. He scores with high level dunks, tip ins, lobs and he is a capable perimeter shooter. He is a true rim runner who will block shots at a high level.

[player_tooltip player_id='2301235' first='Rhys' last='M. Robinson'] Pinnacle (AZ Select 16 UAA)

A long and fluid wing forward is slowly getting more athletic. He plays above the rim on the break and will score it easily with threes off the catch, mid-range jumpers and rip thru with and-1's inside. He will also rebound and block shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='2386977' first='Kyle' last='Speed Jr'] Gilbert ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 2028)

A true inside and out threat arguably plays with the highest motor in the class. He will score it with threes off the catch and then work inside with counter moves in the post, offensive rebound put backs, as he was eating on the glass with his twitch and length. He is a sneaky good passer and will block shots.
