PH Windy City War: Sunday's 2027 Under The Radar Prospects

The final day of Prep Hoops Windy City War took place on Sunday. I was in Romeoville taking in prospects from the classes of 2027 and 2028. I had the opportunity to watch many top level programs who were in attendance including Brad Beal Elite, [program_tooltip program_id='2452456' first='Mac' last='Irvin Fire'], [program_tooltip program_id='2078449' first='Meanstreets' last=''], [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''], Geeksquad, M14, & LVL. In this article we will take you through a handful of guys from the class of 2027 that are under the radar and whose names should be on college coach's watch list this spring and summer.    A small forward or combo guard at the next level dependent upon program need. Has bounce at the rim and plays hard with a lot of energy and effort. Has a nose for on ball pressure. Can guard multi-positionally. In first half alone of morning game he had 4 dunks in transition mostly coming off of turnovers. Can spread the floor at 6'5 with a jumper from 3 land. Endures physicality and has a strong frame. Will have an impactful year ahead on the EYCL and during the 26-27 season in the NIC10.     Watched Reilly compete in the early 8AM game on Sunday. Got into the passing lanes consistently and anticipated. Welcomes the opportunity to play at a fast rate. Turned defense into offense for fast buckets. Catch and shoot from 3 was efficient. Selfless passer after gaining a step and drawing help then kicking it out to perimeter for open shots. Makes others better around him and overall competes.     Snider stuck out in the late morning game on Sunday with his ability to help in the lane defensively then rebound in traffic. Had close to a double double with points and boards. Outlets efficiently then runs the lanes fast. Helps initiates offense off of primary break phase. Consistent driver throughout finishing at a high rate. Endures physicality throughout. Fundamental and sound player on both sides of the ball.     One of the bigger sleeper unranked prospects that stood out this weekend. Came alive in the 2nd half of the late afternoon game and made a huge momentum impact. Athletically is sound and fit as a bit undersized power forward at next level. Makes up for height with agility and length. Had 2 monster power slams on the break with one being for an alley oop. Finished with 16 total. With continued progress will turn heads over the next 12 months.     Another Chicago Cannon prospect that stood out in early 8AM game on Sunday. Oginni won't necessarly fill out the scoring column in the box but he will definitly make his presence known around the glass. Has an eye and knack as a true board man even against more length. Had numerous offensive rebounds to provide team successful second chance points. Plays bigger than size and will out hustle opponent with grit and determination.
