Standing at 6'5+, he has a long and mobile frame that allows him to slide into position to make plays in the paint. Throughout the game he showed good timing to block a handful of shots inside, and came up with multiple deflected passes as well. Offensively he's still a pretty raw prospect, but showed the handle and mobility at his size to beat opposing bigs off the dribble and get to the rim. If he can become a stronger finisher, he has a nice ceiling moving forward.

Brandon Penny has a lot of potential moving forward in the 2029 class. At 6'5 he has a very long frame that suggests future growth, and has impressive athleticism as a freshman. Running with AyoDos Elite 15u he was finishing above the rim with ease, excelling out of the dunker spot or in transition. He was running the floor like a gazelle, and showed comfort handling the ball in the open floor. Showed some touch out beyond the arc as a shooter as well. At the current stage he's at his best as a rim protector and finisher with a lot of potential moving forward.

Dovydas showcased impressive mobility with his 6'8 frame for [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] Gold. Against a smaller Geek Squad team, he had no problem moving his feet to defend their wings/forwards while using his length to contest around the rim. Offensively he showed he can step out and hit the open three, and had a reverse lay-up off of a backdoor cut. Runs the floor with ease and can handle the ball a bit as well.

Majok is still a very raw prospect, but has all the potential in the world with his length and how well he moves at that size. At 6'9 he had some impressive moments weaving through multiple defenders off the dribble, and had no problem moving his feet to make plays as a shot blocker on the defensive end. He can outrun opposing bigs in transition to get easy looks in the open floor, and is quick off his feet to make plays around the basket. Even flashed a nice looking three point shot. Majok still has to work on his hands and become a stronger finisher in traffic, but the flashes he showed with Brad Beal Elite 15u were very impressive.

Sam has a nice all-around game at 6'6 for [program_tooltip program_id='2440507' first='Davis' last='Brothers Elite']. He showed good vision out of the post, able to see the floor and locate a teammate cutting to the rim. Against a Brad Beal Elite team that featured three 6'8+ players, Sam wasn't backing down. He was putting a body on a man to box out and secure rebounds against taller players, and used his length to come up with a couple of blocks inside. On the offensive end he was forcing their bigs to step out and defend him on the perimeter where he knocked down a few threes throughout the game. In another game against AyoDos Elite, Sam capped off the win with a two handed dunk in transition.

West Salem just keeps producing prospects, and Carter is one of the next in line. Playing up at the 17u level, Carter showcased impressive explosiveness at 6'5. The sophomore forward can fly to the hoop off two feet for dunks, and capped off his teams win against IL Prestige with a powerful two handed dunk on Sunday. He was a 4.1 point and 2.2 rebound per game player for West Salem as a sophomore, and could step into an even bigger role as a junior.

Tim had a big impact on games defensively for Blueprint Hoops. He's extremely long at 6'9, and gets off the floor quickly to reject opponents' shots in the paint. His wingspan seems to stretch for miles, and even when he wasn't getting a piece of a shot, his presence alone seemed to force misses. He's still a raw prospect on the offensive end, but was making an impact keeping possessions alive for his team on the offensive glass. He just goes out and plays hard, and found ways to make winning plays for his team.
