O'Neill, a guard out of Swampscott High School in Massachusetts, was a standout performer this winter in the MIAA. The 6'1" guard proved to be a big-time scorer this winter, showing the ability to create his own shot or slide off the basketball and operate as a catch and shoot specialist. He plays with a good feel for pace and knows how to change speeds to create an advantage. He makes good decisions with the ball in his hands and does a nice job of creating for others, particularly in transition. He'll run this spring and summer with Team Sims.

Frazier, a wing out of Duxbury High School in Massachusetts, looks to build on his momentum from a strong high school season. The 6'5" is a consistently perimeter shooter that gets great rotation on his shot. He's got a good frame and does a nice job of using it to his advantage when attacking the rim. He impresses with his instincts as a cutter and ability to play off of his own shot fakes. Defensively, he does a nice job of mixing it up as a rebounder and can guard three positions on the floor. Frazier will play his travel ball with Team Sims and recently announced that he will transfer to Tabor Academy and join the class of 2029.

Ezekiel, a forward out of Notre Dame High School - West Haven in Connecticut, makes his impact as a versatile, two-way performer. The 6'7" forward is a floor spacer that does a nice job of mixing up his movements as a screener, rolling hard to the rim or popping for shot opportunities. He has a nose for the ball on the offensive glass, keeping plays alive with his length and finishing well through contact. Defensively, he's able to guard in space on switches and shows some potential as a rim protector too. He plays on the travel circuit with the New England Blue Chips.

Jenkins, a guard out of Catholic Memorial in Massachusetts, enters the rankings on the heels of an impressive sophomore season in the MIAA. The 5'10" guard is a true table-setter, playing with great pace in the open floor and a dynamic first step off the bounce. He does a great job of creating space with his dribble, allowing him to get into his stepback game as a shooter or to find windows as a passer. He's plays with creativity as a faciliator and has good lower body strength that allows him to play through contact as a driver. He'll run this spring and summer with Dana Barros Basketball Club.

Panda, a forward out of Beverly High School in Massachusetts, is a floor spacer that seemingly is just scratching the surface of his potential. The 6'7" forward is still growing into his frame, but catches the eye with impressive length and the ability to make shots from the perimeter. He's capable of finishing plays around the rim and does a nice job of moving without the ball, particularly as a cutter. Defensively, added strength will help him in the paint, but he knows how to play angles and uses his length to his advantage as a rebounder and in passing lanes. He'll play on the travel circuit with the Middlesex Magic.
