3Stripes Gold West Session 1 All-Tourney Third Team

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>From Friday April 10th to Sunday April 12th i was able to attend the Adidas 3Stripe Gold West Session 1 in Avondale Arizona at West Point High School</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I was able to view 6+ games a day and over 10 Teams through the 3 days. I seen the talent pool from 17U-15U from multiple different states. He is a shooter when he plays off ball with a nice looking stoke from the outside. He will post up smaller guards and take advantage of his mismatches. When initiating the offense he is always on the look out for cutters and shooters and isn't afraid to thread the needle. Jerry can play the high and low post and has a good mid range jump shot. When he faces up and looks to attack he becomes a big threat to score and create for others. He has solid post moves and soft touch around the rim. Travon Has a nice looking shot from the outside especially of the catch. He has a sweet pullup jumper from the three to the midrange and is capable of hitting tough shots in faces of defenders. Travon Bullies smaller guards by the bucket and plays off of two feet in the lane to finish strong and through contact. He likes to get his points from the midrange area and within the paint. He has a solid handle to get down hill and use his strong frame to finish through contact. Adam has a great post up game with good footwork and wont hesitate to take advantage of smaller defenders. He can stretch the floor and also hit the 3 at a solid clip. He has a text book shot from the outside that seems like it will always go in. He is a above average passer for his position and has the ability to get others around him open shots. Blake has a underrated post game and can rack up points in a hurry from the paint. He is a mobile defender and can handle his own when switching on to guards. Tre can get hot in a hurry especially from the three. He has a smooth looking jump shot with a quicker release that makes it hard to contest. He has a tight handle and has some flash to his game. He can break down defenders score at the bucket. Tre can run the offense and get others involved with his high IQ and vision.
