2029 Rankings Update: Top Rated Combo Guards

The combo guard position is an intriguing group as it is filled with talent. The 6'5 guard uses his first step to get to the rim off the bounce and finishes strong in the paint. Postell Jr has a nice release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and is an underrated rebounder. The 5'10 guard has a smooth shooting stroke as he wastes little motion and can knock down triples in bunches. Bartley is more than just a shooter as he can also get into the paint off the bounce and finishes well around the rim. He is an underrated passer and slides his feet on the defensive end. Blackmon can also score in the mid-range and sets his feet before he shoots. He can also play off the ball and gets deflections on the defensive end. He is a solid rebounder and works hard on the defensive end. Holmes moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open jumpers and layups in the half court. He pushes the pace well in transition and is an underrated defender.
