The 2028 rankings update came out on Monday with nearly 200 prospects taking part in the update. Prospects jumped up the rankings and this update is no different. Here are the top stock-risers from the 2028 rankings update.

[player_tooltip player_id='2949384' first='Amilleon' last='Adams'], 5'8 PG Garfield

Adams had the biggest jump of any prospect in the update as he moved up 64 spots in the update. The 5'8 guard has a good first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and can finish in a number of ways around the rim. Adams can also score in the mid-range and can knock down open jumpers from behind the arc. He pushes the pace well in transition as he can find his open teammates in the half court and works for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Adams is a speedy guard prospect who is looking to build off his 500-point sophomore campaign this spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='2782185' first='Anthony' last='Blackmon'], 5'9 PG Shabazz

Blackmon moved up 38 spots in the update as he helped the Bulldogs take home the Group 1 title. The 5'9 guard has a tight handle as he routinely got into the lane off the bounce and is a crafty finisher around the rim. Blackmon also has a clean release on his jumper and can shoot either off the catch or bounce. He uses his quick hands to get deflections on the defensive end and can also play off the ball. Blackmon had a breakout sophomore season and will be looking to carry that over into the spring AAU season.

[player_tooltip player_id='3040515' first='Shriyans' last='Mallavarapu'], 6'9 C/PF Montgomery

Mallavarapu jumped up 35 spots in the update as he showed his ability to make an impact at both ends of the floor. The 6'9 post knows how to get position in the paint and has a nice touch around the basket. Mallavarapu is an underrated passer out of the post and runs the floor hard at both ends of the floor. He skies for rebounds and uses his length to swat shots around the rim. Mallavarapu is a lanky post prospect who should impact the game at both ends of the floor throughout the course of the spring and summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763549' first='Darion' last='Joubert'], 6'1 PF/SF South Amboy

Joubert went up 27 spots in the update as he was one of the top front court prospects in Group 1. The 6'1 forward uses his strong frame to get position down low and has a soft touch around the rim. Joubert can also put the ball on the floor and his range extends out to the three-point line. He rips down rebounds at both ends of the floor and holds his ground on the defensive end. Joubert is a physical forward prospect and should carry over his form into the spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='2958183' first='Marcel' last='Carr'], 6'5 SF St. Joseph (Metuchen)

Carr moved up 26 spots in the update and has the potential to move up higher. The 6'5 wing uses his first step to get to the rim off the bounce and ca finish strong above the rim. Carr moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the half court. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and works for rebounds at both ends of the floor. Carr is a talented wing prospect who should make plays at both ends of the floor throughout the course of the AAU seasons.

Other Prospects to Know:
