The high school season has ended, and now we are moving into the spring travel team circuit. Before all that, we wanted to look back at the 2027 stock risers/quality prospects in our Market Correction Update who elevated their ranking over the last few months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2022325' first='Anthony' last='Burris'] (Hillcrest)

Burris has a chance to make an impact at Hillcrest, and with the club season getting ready to be in full swing, look for Burris to be among the stock risers in the class as he will suit up with [program_tooltip program_id='2091934' first='Utah' last='Gold']. He has a little bit of length, and he will sharpen those CG skills.

[player_tooltip player_id='2317902' first='Urban' last='Baldwin'] (Draper APA)

Baldwin has been one of the most consistent players, and he put up some big numbers. He has already surpassed the 1,000-point mark. Baldwin has shown that he could get things going from long distance, but he is skilled enough not to have to rely on just shooting. Look for Baldwin this spring to showcase that skill set.

[player_tooltip player_id='1969238' first='Bo' last='Donelson'] (Brighton)

Donelson had some really good games for Brighton this season. If he can channel those efforts where he was in double digits and rebounded well, he will not only turn some heads this grassroots season, but he will also work on the consistency that he could bring to a young team this coming high school season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2456647' first='Chris' last='Monroy'] (APA West Valley)

Monroy is one of the best small-school standouts. The 6'0 wing has brought 16 PPG to the table. He will be on a local team [program_tooltip program_id='2521944' first='Salt' last='Lake Shock'], which will likely play in some local events.

Jack Glavan (Clearfield)

Galvan has a lot of upside, and he could get a lot of work in this grassroots season. Clearfield relied on him this past season and he is going to improve for this coming season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2612667' first='Azan' last='Afridi'] (Herriman)

Afridi is ready to make an impact at the high school level. He had a good grassroots season last year with [program_tooltip program_id='2271483' first='Team' last='Utah'] on the Puma Circuit, and he should be much better this coming grassroots season. He was called on a few times at the varsity level, and he came through and made some big-time buckets for Herriman.

[player_tooltip player_id='1724373' first='Will' last='Rasmussen'] (Orem)

Rasmussen, boasting multiple Division I football offers, is poised to make a significant impact on the basketball court. His impressive speed and quick first step allow him to consistently find scoring opportunities.

[player_tooltip player_id='2400671' first='Krew' last='Asay'] (Morgan)

Asay is the next player up at Morgan. He will have big shoes to fill, but he has the skill set to shoot the ball and get to the rim. Asay has a chance to make a big leap in his play.

[player_tooltip player_id='2422947' first='Jackson' last='Black'] (American Heritage)

There is a really talented player out at American Heritage in [player_tooltip player_id='1724369' first='Jax' last='Oyler']. He will suit up once again with [program_tooltip program_id='2459859' first='Bucked' last='Up Elite']. [player_tooltip player_id='2422947' first='Jackson' last='Black'] will build on a solid season where he transitioned from SG to PG, and he was a really good ball mover for this team. He is a great small school guard at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1724369' first='Jax' last='Oyler'] (American Fork)

Oyler is a knockdown shooter with excellent ball-handling skills. He plays for [program_tooltip program_id='2091934' first='Utah' last='Gold'], and I expect him to be even sharper this season. Oyler is poised to leverage his ball-handling, playmaking, and shooting abilities to significantly impact his team's success.
