<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2693635' first='Juan' last='Limas'], Highland</strong>: Limas concluded his brilliant prep career in style by helping to lead the Hornets to the 4A state championship. In the semifinals, he scored 22 points in the win over Taos before scoring 14 points in the title game against Artesia. Limas has been one of the top scorers in the Albuquerque Metro region for the past two seasons.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2827330' first='Ethan' last='Oetzel'], Albuquerque High</strong>: The 6-foot-6 Oetzel led Albuquerque High to a sweep of the district regular season title and the district tournament. The Bulldogs may have lost in the first round of the state tournament, but Oetzel played at a high level all season long. He'll play for ABC Spotlight on the AAU circuit this summer. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1717247' first='Brayden' last='Giron'], Hope Christian</strong>: The 6-foot-6 Giron was the leader of Hope Christian this season as they advanced to the Class 4A semifinals. All of his talents were on display against Artesia at the semifinals when he scored 15 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, made 2 steals and blocked 2 shots.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2694572' first='Cayden' last='Richardson'], Rio Rancho</strong>: The Rams had multiple athletic bigs this season and Richardson was arguably the best player. He scores, rebounds, makes his free throws and makes his presence felt close to the basket. Yes, he can even step out and bury a 3 if he has.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2175824' first='Ben' last='Walton'], Las Cruces</strong>: Walton committed to West Florida last October prior to the start of the 2025-26 season. Then he went out and showed why he's a next level player. Early in the season, he scored 23 points in a win over Cleveland. Eventually, he helped lead the Bulldawgs to the quarterfinals of the Class 5A tournament.</p>
