A prospect who had a great breakout season in the Elite Prep League, Kemper was actually named most outstanding player of session four. The lefty stretch forward can space the floor from the outside, rebound the ball at a high level and make secondary passing decisions, Kemper checks a lot of boxes. It seems like Kemper has really taken advantage of this year at AIA Prep and has seen his recruitment take a big spike from where it was at in Michigan. A firm Division I talent, we'll see where Kemper decides to play at next season.

A high upside and high-flying senior wing forward, Stephens had some monster dunks for a Cleveland Heights squad that won a district title this season behind a strong senior class. For his play this year, Stephens was named second team Division I northeast lakes. A prospect who still has a lot of room to grow, Stephens could benefit from a JUCO or Post grad year to continue to refine his offensive skills. Between the athleticism, length and motor, Stephens could be a perfect fit for the up-tempo style most JUCO teams play at.

A prospect I had never heard about until the Elite 80 showcase at Capital University, Harris is a major sleeper from central Ohio. Harris really impressed me with how fluid of an athlete he was for his size and the ground he covered defensively. A prospect who looks like he can play a role at the small college level immediately as a rebounder, versatile defender and rim protector, Harris is a name who I expect to be hearing from a majority of the coaches from the showcase.

The second Cleveland Heights Tiger to make this article, Blue was named Division I northeast Lakes honorable mention this season for the district champion Tigers. Blue could attack a closeout with his quick first step on the perimeter, is active around the rim for putback layups and can even stretch out and knock down a set 3-pointer. Cleveland Heights had some sneaky small college talents who helped them surge late in the season. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Blue became a solid rotational piece for a small college program.

Bishop Hartley had another strong season that ended with conference and district titles and their strong senior class was a key reason why. Smith was a name who kind of popped up out of nowhere for me and he ended up making a big impact at the varsity level for the Hawks this year. An impressive transition athlete who could play above the rim, crash the offensive glass and do the dirty work defensively, Smith fit in with the Hawks winning culture and expectation of toughness.
