Ellegood went from being the sophomore wheel man for a veteran title team to the engine for a young squad that had to scrap for every; and he did it eloquently. Ellegood was lightning in a bottle on defense the way he energetically hounded whoever he was guarding and forcing turnovers. Offensively, he devastated teams off-the-dribble, often dashing into the lane then pulling up for two before the help could collapse on him. Ellegood also threatened the defense off-the-catch, curling off of screens for three or, when his man went over, blitzing into the paint for rim attempts.

The Bulldogs flew under-the-radar this season, but Eley was a treat to watch every time he stepped on the floor. A two-time all-Henlopen South honoree, he masterfully toggled between distributing and scoring. Eley was a dynamic threat whenever he had the ball, whether he was trying to get two feet in the paint or to create space for a step-back three. His coach also weaponized his playmaking abilities with quick-hitting actions, all while pitting Eley against the best guards down state.

The attitude and energy Sivels brought to the Vikings was contagious. He excelled off-ball on defense, where he could shoot the gap for steals, but he was at times disruptive on-ball as well. Sivels used his slight-of-frame advantageously in the halfcourt on offense, snaking through the defense to the rim before drawing a foul or using jump passes to sling the ball back out to a shooter on the wing. And, in clutch situations, he knocked down a fair amount of threes himself too.

After a sophomore campaign as a floor spacer and energy guy in defense, Jackson made the step up as the tip of the Quaker's spear, on both ends of the floor. He penetrated the defense off-bounce, having to carry the scoring load for a stretch of the season, but also to create for others. And when that wasn't enough, Jackson peppered in self-created and spot-up threes. Defensively, his ball pressure stifled opposing creators and kept the Quakers solid on that end.

In his breakout season for the Cougars, “Steals, Assists, and Threes” was the name of the game for Aikens. He made exciting plays as an off-ball defender with the way he would step in front of passes and initiate transition offense. More times than not, Aikens drove to set up others and he simply fed the post with entry passes or three darts to cutters. But when his squad was in need, he would dial up three-pointers to give them some juice.
