#21) [player_tooltip player_id='3538920' first='Hasanis' last='Roberts'] | 6'7” PF | S3 Academy

Roberts came to S3 Academy this season and worked hard to earn his role on a very talented team, and with most of their top players set to graduate he could be a breakout player in RVA in the next few years. To start off he is a legit 6'7” with a frame that will fill out and he has long arms and moves well, he runs the floor and can get buckets in transition, he rebounds well in and out of his area, and he has good touch around the rim and out to the elbows with the chance of extending it even more moving forward.

#22) [player_tooltip player_id='3538922' first='Adam' last='Wesseh'] | 6'5” PF | Varina

Wesseh stepped into a talented Varina team that really needed some help in the front court, and it didn't take long for them to turn to the freshman and he didn't disappoint when they did. The 6'5” forward is long and athletic and will continue to grow and get more explosive with time, he runs the floor hard and plays with a great motor on both ends of the floor, he blocks shots and jumps passing lanes defensively, and he has all the tools to be a mismatch guy on the offensive end moving forward.

#25) [player_tooltip player_id='3538927' first='Locke' last='Bailey'] | 6'2” SG | Banner Christian

Bailey played a big role in Banner Christian's run to the VISAA D-IV state championship this year, slotting right in as a third option and showing he will be the first option for sure with the way he played this year. The 6'2” off guard is a well-rounded offensive player who gets where he needs to and knows how to use his body to finish through traffic, he can knock down open shots from deep off the catch, he has great instincts on both ends of the floor, and he is fearless and has a high IQ for his age too.

#34) [player_tooltip player_id='3539413' first='Jordan' last='Grant'] | 6'2” SG | Hermitage

Grant was brought along slowly for this Hermitage group this year, but I fully expect them to let him loose next year as he continues to develop and get reps this summer after showing flashes his freshman year. The 6'2” off guard has a great frame already and does a good job moving off the ball to get layups off of cuts and dives, he can spot up and knock down shots from deep, and he brings a toughness to him you like to see in a young prospect.

#39) [player_tooltip player_id='3539418' first='David' last='Smith'] | 6'7” PF | Hermitage

Smith is another player that showed flashes throughout the season, and he's looking like he'll be a player everyone will know in the next few years as he continues to improve. The 6'7” big man is able to impact the game across the board and does a lot of the little things to help his team win, he has good hands and soft touch to finish shots around the rim, and as he continues to grow into his body he could be an absolute force in the paint moving forward.

#56) [player_tooltip player_id='3539470' first='Julian' last='Trotter'] | 6'5” C | Colonial Heights

Trotter split time on JV and varsity this year, but toward the end of the year he started to get more and more burn and he's definitely a player to keep an eye on moving forward. Standing 6'5” with a strong frame he is most likely still growing, he's already a good athlete who can protect the rim and run the floor, and he has good touch and a good base skillset that will continue to develop with time.
