Saturday was the sectional quarterfinals for Group 2 and 4 with plenty of prospects having big performances on the day. Central Jersey saw prospects have monster performances, which helped their teams advance in the state tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='1790209' first='Ethan' last='Lin'], 6'4 PG Montgomery 2026

Lin was phenomenal for the reigning sectional champions as he put up a game-high 31 points against Trenton Central. The Penn commit used his handle to get into the paint off the bounce and finished threw contact around the rim. Lin used his size to see over his defender and was unafraid of taking big shots down the stretch. He showed the ability to play off the ball and used his length to make an impact on the defensive end. Lin is a talented guard prospect who will look to continue his high level play against Marlboro in the sectional semifinals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2683646' first='Aaron' last='Feath'], 6'3 SG Hillsborough 2028

Feath had a monster game for Hillsborough as he put up 24 points, nine rebounds and five assists against Freehold Township. The 6'3 guard attacked the basket with a purpose as he finished nicely around the rim and was unafraid of drawing contact. Feath wasted little motion on his jumper and was able to find his open teammates in the half court. He fought for rebounds on both ends of the floor and pushed the pace well in transition. Feath has been playing at a high level this season for Hillsborough and will look to bring it over into the sectional semifinals against Jackson Township.

Aidan Saint Louis, 6'1 SG Ocean Township 2026

Saint Louis was crucial in Ocean Township's win against Johnson as he put up a game-high 27 points. The 6'1 guard drilled six three-pointers as he shot the ball with confidence from deep and set his feet before he shot. Saint Louis moved well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open jumpers in the half court. He slid his feet on the defensive end and made smart decisions with the ball in his hands. Saint Louis has been averaging 23.5 points per game during the state tournament and should have a similar performance against Rumson Fair-Haven.

[player_tooltip player_id='2107955' first='George' last='Boley'], 6'3 CG Jackson Township 2026

Boley helped the Jaguars pull off the upset over East Brunswick as he put up 25 points. The 6'3 guard was consistently able to get to the rim off the bounce and finished well in the paint. Boley also showed a nice touch in the mid-range and set his feet before he shot. He was unafraid of taking big shots down the stretch and worked hard on the defensive end. Boley has the ability to put up points in bunches, which Jackson Township will need in sectional semifinals against Hillsborough.

Dylan McEwen, 5'11 PG Marlboro 2027

McEwen continued his strong play in the state tournament as he scored 21 points against Sayreville. The 5'11 guard used his quick first step to get to the rim and drew contact in the paint. McEwen played well off [player_tooltip player_id='2344532' first='Nolan' last='Gong'] and got deflections on the defensive end. He set his feet before he shot and rarely forced shots in the half court. McEwen is averaging 24.5 points per game in the state tournament and will be looking to carry that over into the sectional semifinals against Montgomery.
