We'll wrap up our coverage of the Watch List today with a look at another group of prospects that fell just outside of the rankings.

As a reminder, often times, being on the Watch List does not mean that a prospect is less talented than the ranked prospects, but is more of a reflection and acknowledgement of our inability to see and evaluate all of the prospects throughout New England.

Below are five prospects of note from the Watch List:

Reis, a guard out of Portsmouth High School in New Hampshire, wrapped up his career as a 1,000 point scorer and an all-state honorable mention selection. The 6'0" guard averaged 12.1 points per game this winter, scoring it in a variety of ways and impressing particularly as a shooter from behind the arc. He's always shot ready on the catch and does a nice job of elevating into his jumper, allowing him to get it off quickly and over the defense. He has a compact build and plays with strength as a driver, showing the ability to finish through contact at the rim. Defensively, he can guard either back-court spot, showing an understanding of angles and how to keep opponents out of the paint. He remains undecided on a college destination.

Howell, a guard out of the Kent School in Connecticut, proved to be a versatile defender during his post-graduate year. The 6'2" guard plays much bigger than his size, while also having good lateral mobility, both of which allow him to defend at a high level across the board. He's got a muscular build that helps him to hold his ground in the post and to rebound it in traffic. Offensively, he's got some wiggle off the bounce and the ability to get into the paint with a quick first step, where he shows good vision as a passer and the ability to score over size with touch. He will head back to Canada in the fall to continue his academic and athletic careers at the University of Prince Edward Island.

Liriano, a guard out of Westwood High School in Massachusetts, is a crafty, multi-level scorer that can really fill it up in bunches. The 6'2" guard has a really quick first step as a driver, knows how to create space to get into his mid-range game, and makes timely cuts as an off-ball mover. Above all else, he's a big time shot maker that knows how to get a basket in isolation situations. Defensively, he sits in a stance and works, showing that he can really move his feet to stay in front of the ball, while also being a threat to make plays in passing lanes. He remains undecided on a college destination.

Rogers, a guard out of Hillhouse High School in Connecticut, is a tough, physical, two-way playmaker that stands out on both ends of the floor. He's built like a running back and, with a college ready frame, does a terrific job of playing with physicality on both ends of the floor. Defensively, he forces opponents off of their driving lanes, does a great job of digging on drives off the ball, and is willing to mix it up in the paint as a rebounder. Offensively, he uses his strength to get into the paint off the bounce, does a nice job of finishing through contact at the rim, and makes good reads as a creator out of ball screen actions. He remains undecided on a college destination.

McCullough, a guard out of Daniel Hand High School in Connecticut, was one of the top scorers in the state this winter, playing with a great feel for the game on the offensive end of the floor. He's super shifty with the ball in his hands and really knows how to create space to get his shot off. He plays off of a lot of hesitations, crossovers, and shot fakes, allowing him to get defenders off balance and to get into the paint off the bounce. On the other end of the floor, he's a good point of attack defender that fights through screens and does a nice job of turning steals into scoring opportunities in transition. He remains undecided on a college destination.
