PH NorCal has updated the final rankings for the 2026 Class. These prospects moved up the rankings for what they did on the court while we were in attendance. There's always going to be prospects who play good basketball, and deserving of a higher ranking, but we didn't see them as often as we would have liked. We'll keep working to shine the light on NorCal Prospects.

[player_tooltip player_id='2528335' first='Cameron' last='Hood']: Had a breakout season, showed consistency throughout the season. The 5'9 guard can put the ball in the basket. He's a good shooter from behind the 3-point line, a savvy ball handler with shift to his game to get into the paint for dishes, and dumps, he'll knock down short jumpers from all over the court. He worked hard to improve his game at the point guard position. He Led the team in scoring 16.6 made all-league.

[player_tooltip player_id='2509663' first='Kaiden' last='Gibbs']: He's always had the size, body and strength to be productive, he's a bit rough around the edges, still developing and learning how to use his body. He had a breakout season, being a player that can effect the game on both end, doesn't need to score. He worked hard on both ends of the court. Around 6'4 he had strong play around the basket using strength, and balance, going up strong for points or fighting for rebounds. He's a court runner, defends his position.

[player_tooltip player_id='1707491' first='Amani' last='LaMere-Swift']: He came on strong during the season, played well enough to earn first team all-league in the WCAL. He was aggressive looking to put up shots within the flow, making shots to send his confidence up. He has improving guard skills, toughened up on the drives to the basket. He hit the the mid-range off the dribble, knocked down big 3's when needed. He improved his on ball defense, more aggressive, staying close with lateral movement.

[player_tooltip player_id='2921097' first='Dylan' last='Wherry']: He's a two sport athlete which explains why we don't see him a lot. Baseball looks like his main sport. He's a good basketball player with size and skill, helped Livermore end a winless streak in the EBAL this season. Standing around 6'6 he plays on balance, has a good mid-range jumper, squaring up from the high post as a triple threat, he'll use his dribble to get into the paint, finish through contact handling the bumps. He's a rebounder, showed some toughness in the paint area.

[player_tooltip player_id='2863026' first='Kasten' last='Eggers']: A confident guard with good skills, always seems to be in the mix on both sides of the ball. Plays with energy, actively looks for his shots, paint jumpers, not afraid to challenge shot blockers, hits the mid-range, and squares up without much hesitation for quick release 3's sometimes off the dribble. He's fast in transition, pushing looking to make the pass, or hustling to fill lanes. He'll help rebound. 12pts, 4.7R, 3.9A, 2.1S

[player_tooltip player_id='2059714' first='Keegan' last='Ladines']: We didn't see Ladine as often as we wanted to. He's a quality point guard, a willing facilitator that can run a teams offense. He's has quality handles, excellent court vision, there's some shiftiness to his game that allows him to create, get into the paint often for dump offs, kick-outs, and no look passes. He's got the quicks to get his shot off, floaters, mid-range jumpers. He has the foot speed to stick to ball handlers, apply pressure.

[player_tooltip player_id='2710991' first='Miller' last='Morgan']: Fresh off a CIF Division V State Championship victory. Morgan is an underrated prospect, probably should be higher ranked. We did see him once in the early season. He averaged 14.5 pts. He's a good size shooting guard at 6'3 hands ready, roaming the perimeter looking for his shot. He shot 35% from the 3-point line. He'll give a couple of ball fakes, then beat the defender off the dribble for layups. He helped bring the ball up. He's an alert defender, helps off ball, averaged 6.6 rebs.

[player_tooltip player_id='2415912' first='Noah' last='Hargrave']: After sitting out half the season for transferring. Hargrave wasted little time establishing himself as a guard who can be a key contributor. He has speed on both sides of the ball. He's has quick handles off the dribble to fearlessly attack from the perimeter, and in transition. He showed long range on 3ptrs. He's listed as a combo guard, but has shown he can run the point. He averaged 13.6 in 15 games.

[player_tooltip player_id='1703106' first='Joe' last='Hammond']: He's a stocky point guard has good skills for the position, probably a pass first, but can generate his own shots using muscle, and leverage. He helped lead this team to one of it's best seasons under a new coach. He runs the offense making good decisions, an excellent ball handler, has court vision, and good passing up court and around the perimeter. He can create his shot, handles the bumps, uses floaters, with a nice pullup off the dribble.

[player_tooltip player_id='2872391' first='Mate' last='Palotai']: Has a good skill set, can play inside/out. He's an ecellent passer from different areas on the court, low block, high post. He can turn and face from the mid-post, use a dribble or spin move to get to the rim, or just settle for the short jumper. We've seen him score in the post, step out to shoot open 3's along the perimeter, he'll use his dribble with long strides to get into the paint. His 15.4pts, 8.2 rebounds led the team in both. He won a CIF State Championship a year ago. Co-MVP in WBAL.
