No matter the position, role, or volume of three-point attempts, this isn't a list limited to pure shooters. Instead, it highlights players who consistently pose a threat from behind the arc and are putting together strong seasons shooting it from deep. For some, the three-point shot is a primary weapon; for others, it's a second or third option within the flow of the offense. Either way, their production from downtown has made an impact. Here's a look at some of the most impressive perimeter seasons in the Fifth Region:

[player_tooltip player_id='3176077' first='Kane' last='Linton'] ranks among the state's top 50 in three-pointers per game, averaging 2.9 while shooting 40% from deep (64-for-160). He's had several standout performances this season, including 26 points with six threes against Central Hardin in December and 22 points with five threes in the season opener against Dunbar. Linton shoots particularly well from the wing but can score from other spots as well, especially off the catch. He can also pull up and knock down shots, even from well beyond the arc.

Jonathan Schulenburg is averaging a top-50 2.8 three-pointers per game while shooting an efficient 52.8% (67-for-127) from deep. His skill was on full display in a Feb. 7 win against Western, when he scored 24 points and hit six threes. Schulenburg moves exceptionally well without the ball, spaces effectively with teammates, comes off screens, and does it all quickly. He has a fast trigger, getting his body, arms, and hands set in an instant to knock down shots.

He doesn't need much space to knock down shots from long range and is comfortable scoring off the dribble. His ability to score at all three levels makes his perimeter shooting even more dangerous. Stone's mechanics are consistent, and his playmaking ability, ball-handling, and overall skill set make him an even bigger offensive threat.

Eli Washington ranks among the state's top 50 in three-pointers per game at 3.2, shooting 39.5% from deep on 64-of-162 attempts.
