2026 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2731882' first='Gage' last='Moreno'] (Saydel) -- 53 points (21-31 FG, 5-10 3P, 6-6 FT), 5 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals [at Perry]

Moreno's 53 points were at the time the most points scored in a game this season (that number was broken earlier this week). Nonetheless, a truly sensational game for the 5-10 guard, scoring from anywhere on the floor, causing chaos on the defensive end, and setting his teammates up.

2027 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2754714' first='Trey' last='Osterhaus'] (Carlisle) -- 49 points (16-32 FG, 4-6 3P, 13-17 FT), 13 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal [vs. Gilbert]

The Wildcats and Tigers played a classic last week, with Gilbert winning a 74-72 thriller despite Osterhaus' massive performance. Osterhaus has emerged as one of the best players in Class 3A this season, with the ability to score from anywhere on the floor, as he put on full display in this one.

2026 C [player_tooltip player_id='2413531' first='Cael' last='LaFrentz'] (Decorah) -- 40 points (20-26 FG, 0-1 FT), 15 rebounds, 1 assist, 6 blocks [vs. Spring Grove, MN]

The 7-footer has put up several massive games throughout his senior year, and this is one of the best, a 40-point double-double with six blocked shots. His size, IQ, and talent are impossible to teams at this level to contend with.

2027 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2906415' first='Beckett' last='Boeset'] (Clear Creek Amana) -- 38 points (11-27 FG, 5-8 3P, 11-13 FT), 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal [at Vinton-Shellsburg]

Following a ton of losses to graduation, CCA needed someone to step up and become a go-to scoring threat. That someone has been Boeset, a 6-3 wing who has been sensational in a breakout junior year. A skilled three-level scoring threat, he's capable of these types of explosive scoring games any time he steps on the floor.

2026 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2731781' first='Noah' last='Milburn'] (Decorah) -- 28 points (10-19 FG, 2-8 3P, 6-8 FT), 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals [at Mason City]

A bouncy 6-5 wing, Milburn has emerged as the Robin to LaFrentz's Batman this season. A downhill, attacking wing who puts pressure on opposing teams with his length and athletic ability, he can be really tough to slow down when he gets it rolling, as he did in a loss to Mason City last week.

2026 C [player_tooltip player_id='1978100' first='Jaxon' last='Clark'] (Keokuk) -- 28 points (11-14 FG, 3-4 3P, 3-3 FT), 24 rebounds, 1 assist [vs. Central Lee]

Clark is one of the most dominant players in the state, and an undersized Central Lee team simply had no answer for him in a blowout Chiefs win. With his combination of size, touch, and talent, he scored at will and was absolutely dominant on the glass.

2027 PF [player_tooltip player_id='2770487' first='Darius' last='Foy'] (Fort Madison) -- 15 points (7-12 FG, 1-4 FT), 17 rebounds, 2 blocks [vs. Burlington]

Foy has missed a significant chunk of time this season, but when he's on the floor he makes a major impact on both ends of the floor, as he did in this game against Burlington with a big double-double and some good activity on the defensive end.

2027 SG Parker Boone (Sioux Center) -- 27 points (9-14 FG, 9-12 3P), 2 rebounds [at West Lyon]

A 6-0 sharpshooter, Boone buried nine 3-pointers against the Wildcats in a one-point win, accounting for all of his points. This isn't new for him, with 52 of his 59 made field goals to date having come from the 3-point line.
