Class of 2028 Stock Risers Top 25

PH NorCal Class of 2028 rankings were posted. On the list we have prospects who made the most significant jump, improving their position, and playing their way into the top 25 rankings.    He'll be a key contributor moving forward. He can effect the game from multiple areas on the court. He has the size and knowhow to generate buckets in the paint. He works the high post as a triple threat. He functions on the perimeter with good ball movement, handling, and solid screens. He's capable of knocking down the 3-pointer. He's a rebounder, can defend from perimeter to post.     He's the biggest, and strongest Center in our class of 2028. He's a rising prospect, still developing his post game. His energy and effort is there. He brings presence, and activity on the defensive side. On balance, going up off two feet around the rim he's hard to contain. At some point he's going to be a double, double. He's still polishing up his post footwork, and conditioning.     Long and active can play multiple position. He plays with energy, still learning how to channel that energy into consistent productivity. He has the tools to take his game to a higher level. A 6'5 rebounder, can handle and pass in transition. He has movement on both ends, he gives himself opportunities for buckets and rebounds in the paint. He's a willing passer, can use his dribble at times to get into the paint.     Strong upper body prospect who continues to add pices to his overall game. He's productive around the basket, starting to hit the paint jumper. He's cutting across the lane, balancing and finishing. His improvement is showing away from the basket, from the top and around the perimeter. He's using a couple of dribbles on balance to get into the paint.     He's played his way into the starting lineup on a 24-3 team. He's been productive from both guard positions. He's showing patience, handles, ball movement, and decision making up top. He can be a problem with ball in hand, using crossovers, bursts, and other ways to get into the paint for points, and assists. He'll hit the mid-range, spot up looking to drop a 3-pointer, on the catch and in rhythm. He's showing quick hands on defense.     Long, growing with an improving skill set away from the basket. He's shown productivity around the basket, using, length and footwork. He's averaging 14.6pt, with 7.5 rebs a game. He's making strides away from the basket, using his dribble along the baseline, perimeter, and top. He can get into the paint for jumpers, and finishes. He has good stride, showing he can push, pass in transition.     Johnson made the biggest move up from 106 to 24 because of his play on the court. He's what they call a two-way player ?. 6'4 long good movement with an improving skill set. He's lengthy, plays with intensity on the defensive side of the ball. He has improving guard like skills to generate points from different areas on the court. He handles, gets into the paint, for short jumpers, can finish in traffic. He's averaging 9.4pts, 4.5 rebs.     He was put on our radar in the Spring. He's most likely a shooting guard or wing, still growing. He'll confidently take and make 3-pointers with range. He's still sharpening his overall game on both sides of the ball. He handles okay, will drive at times, a willing passer, but does look for his shot. Could be ready for a breakout Spring.
