Scarborough is a 6'2" guard who has been making a big impact on the scene for Gillion Academy, including a huge 25-point performance. Scarborough is a crafty guard who can hit defenders with counter after counter in route to finishing around the basket. The 6'2" DMV guard thrives at getting to the rim, using his strength and explosiveness, combined with a tight handle to do so. His stronger frame allows him to absorb contact, maintain his line and balance on drives to the rim, and overpower weaker defenders. In addition to the threat he presents at the rim, Scarborough is simply a tough shot maker who can knock down jumpers, off the dribble, with defenders smothering him, and from beyond the arc. Currently ranked at the #40 spot in our Class of 2028 Virginia High School Basketball Rankings, I expect Marshall Scarborough IV to rise quickly in the rankings and emerge as a strong prospect on college coaches' radars as he continues to develop his game and sharpen his strengths.

Levi Mann is a confident and dynamic perimeter scorer who consistently puts pressure on defenses with his shooting ability and decision making. The 5'11" guard out of Appomattox County shows deep range with zero hesitation when shooting and repeatedly makes defenders pay for losing him in space. When off ball, he shows great movement and elite relocation ability, understanding how to create space and make himself available as a scoring option. Beyond scoring, he is a willing passer with strong vision and accuracy. He makes sound decisions in traffic and reads the defense well, showcasing the ability to impact the game as both a scorer and facilitator. Currently ranked at the #42 spot in our Class of 2028 Virginia High School Basketball Rankings, I see Levi Mann as a fast riser in the class of 2028, with the tools and upside to generate serious interest at the collegiate level.

Carlock is a knockdown shooter with the ability to score at multiple levels. Comfortable operating inside the arc, he shows touch and balance on mid-range attempts in addition to his strength to finish tough shots through contact. Carlock displays strong body control at the rim, adjusting well to defenders mid-air and converting through traffic. Off the dribble, he's a determined driver who can create his own offense and generate open lanes to the basket. He plays downhill with purpose and doesn't shy away from physicality. Defensively, the 5'9" guard moves his feet well laterally, mirrors opposing ball handlers, and stays in front without reaching or overusing his hands. He competes with discipline on the defensive side of the ball, showing the ability to contain and contest effectively. Sintel Carlock is shaping up as a standout prospect in the 2028 class, possessing the tools and potential to quickly attract attention from college programs.

Tomlin is a dynamic offensive threat with a well-rounded skill set and strong court awareness. As a smaller ball handler, he can penetrate into the heart of defenses, and finish over and around rim protectors, using crafty touches around the basket to score in traffic. An elite playmaker, he excels at initiating offense and setting teammates up for success. His vision, decision-making, and ability to read defenses make him a high-level passer capable of creating opportunities in any situation. The 5'8" PG plays with relentless effort and a fiery motor, running the floor and staying engaged on both ends of the court. On defense, he stays alert and disciplined, complementing his offensive impact with consistent defensive effort. Tomlin is another 2028 prospect positioned to draw attention from college programs.

Pritchard is an energetic and competitive guard/wing with a well-rounded game on both ends of the floor. Defensively, he stays engaged and plays with intensity, using his quickness and anticipation to make life difficult for opposing ball handlers. He runs the floor with purpose, contributing in transition both as a finisher and a playmaker. Offensively, Pritchard is a reliable floor spacer who can knock down open shots, keeping defenses honest. When attacking the rim, he does so with fearlessness and strength, getting shots up through contact. Currently ranked at the #60 spot in our Class of 2028 Virginia High School Basketball Rankings, Pritchard is a 2028 prospect who is quickly gaining recognition and should be on the radar of college coaches.
