Sparking a high-octane core of perimeter pieces for Team Museum, Carlock stood out with his dynamic quickness on both ends. He was aggressive looking to attack in straight lines off the bounce to either side, showing the ability to finish among the trees with both hands. Carlock flashed comfortable range on his jumper while showing he could coexist naturally with others in a multiguard front. He’s a bit undersized but is built like a running back with solid length for his height. Moving forward we’ll look to see Carlock clean up some of his reads off the dribble to be able to more comfortably run a team from the lead guard spot.

Carlock is a knockdown shooter with the ability to score at multiple levels. Comfortable operating inside the arc, he shows touch and balance on mid-range attempts in addition to his strength to finish tough shots through contact. Carlock displays strong body control at the rim, adjusting well to defenders mid-air and converting through traffic. Off the dribble, he’s a determined driver who can create his own offense and generate open lanes to the basket. He plays downhill with purpose and doesn’t shy away from physicality. Defensively, the 5’9″ guard moves his feet well laterally, mirrors opposing ball handlers, and stays in front without reaching or overusing his hands. He competes with discipline on the defensive side of the ball, showing the ability to contain and contest effectively. Sintel Carlock is shaping up as a standout prospect in the 2028 class, possessing the tools and potential to quickly attract attention from college programs.
