We've reached the mid-way point of league play and a number of seniors have established themselves as firm nominees for the roster of their leagues. The Southwest Conference made their debut last year with the Best of the Best expanded to eight teams and like many of the new leagues that joined, they are looking to break through with their first opening round win. Here are some of the seniors have stood out as top nominees for this year's roster.

Analysis: There's an interesting mix of guys that will be available to head coach Darwin Terry for the Southwest squad, with most of the top players from the top two teams in the league in South Medford and Sheldon. There should be no shortage of scoring options with guys such as Yoder, Perry, Holmes, and Scott. One wildcard for the Southwest is that because of the distance, several players may not be able to compete so last year's squad featured some top 5A players and that could also be the case this year if necessary.
