Lengthy lefty hurt Commerce at times with his size. Streaks to the basket for layups and is a threat to score off putbacks. Runs the floor well in transition. Has upside as a rangy defender. Provided the War Eagles with 10 points, 6 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 block.     Down double digits in the third quarter, two timely threes helped spark a 31-point frame which led to a 59-56 victory over host Monroe Area. Cooper has quality size on the perimeter with lean length. He ended up sinking three of Mountain View's eight threes to spur the upset, finishing with 9 points, 5 rebounds and 2 steals.     Undersized forward used his strong frame to account for 8 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block against Monroe Area. Sumpter scored on two putbacks, an And-1 and a goaltend. A hardworking physical presence, Sumpter drew fouls and got to the line but went 0-5. His effort helped set the tone in the win.     Nixon dropped in three floaters and a pull-up jumper part of his 10 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in a win over Cherokee Bluff. The savvy veteran led Buford in assists and helped spread the floor leading to eight threes.     I really liked how well Jordan attacked the basket. He found great success with drives across the lane as he stayed on his curving line to get to the hoop. Jordan absorbs contact well with his physical frame. He caught an elbow to the eye as he came out of halftime bloodied but still provided the Bears with much-needed offense against Buford. Jordan tacked on 11 points, 2 rebounds and 1 block, sinking a three to go along with his hoops in the lane.     At less than 100% with hip and toe injuries, when Cooper was on the floor he was effective. The Bears' go-to guy came off the bench and scored all eight of his points in the first half. Glover drilled two threes and scored on a BLOB set. The lefty is a serious D-III prospect.
