Martin, a wing out of Bishop Feehan High School in Massachusetts, makes his first appearance on the Watch List in this update. Martin, at 6'3" with long arms, has good size for the position while also showing a fair amount of already developed skill. He does a nice job of spacing the floor, moving without the basketball, and being shot ready on the catch in catch and shoot situations. He uses his length to his advantage in transition, where he's effective finishing around the rim. Defensively, he's mobile enough to defend on the perimeter but also shows some feel as a rim protector when coming from the help side.

Hightower, a guard out of Boston College High School in Massachusetts, makes his first appearance on the Watch List in this update. A quick, playmaking guard, Hightower has really impressed at the JV level this winter, averaging over 20 points per game on the season. The lefty does a great job of playing off a live dribble, surveying the floor with his eyes, and making reads that lead to easy scoring opportunities for his teammates. He can really shoot the ball from behind the arc, does a nice job of pushing the tempo in transition, and has some real creativity around the rim as a finisher.

Arias,a wing out of Manchester Memorial High School in New Hampshire, makes his first appearance on the Watch List in this update. Arias is an undersized forward with a big frame that does a terrific job of playing with patience in the paint. He has good footwork on the block, a solid set of hands, and shows the ability to pass out of double teams in the post. He plays with a high motor on both ends of the floor and does a nice job of holding his box outs defensively so that he can corral rebounds on that end of the floor. He also shows some mobility and lateral quickness, which should allow him to guard in space with time.

Healey, a forward out of Scituate High School in Rhode Island, appears on the Watch List for the second time in this update. Healey has terrific size for a freshman and, at 6'5", plays with a lot of versatility, particularly on the offensive end of the floor. Defensively, his length is an asset both in passing lanes and around the rim, where he uses his athleticism to block or alter a lot of shots. On the other end, he can clean up on the offensive glass and has proven to be an efficient scorer on the interior. What stands out most is his feel for the game with the ball in his hands on the perimeter and his ability to get downhill and make athletic plays around the rim.

Philip, a guard out of the Avon Old Farms School in Connecticut, appears on the Watch List for the second time in this update. Originally from London, Philip is an intriguing long-term prospect out of this class with his ability to make plays off the bounce on one end and to defend in space on the other. He has a quick first step that allows him to get a piece of the paint off the bounce and shows that he can make some high level passes to shooters on the perimeter or cutters making their way to the basket. He scores it with touch over size and has the ability to consistently make shots both in the mid-range and from behind the arc. Defensively, he can really heat up the ball at the point of attack and keeps opposing ball-handlers away from their scoring spots.
