1/29/26: Star scoring sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2795834' first='Carson' last='Crump'] is very quick and truly uses that advantage to its fullest. FACS face-guarded him to moderate success, but his activity away from the basketball generally frees him up to receive the pass. Once Crump gets the pill he goes to work, changing direction at an elite level. One-hundred twenty eight of his 271 shots were three-point attempts. Though he loves to get to the lane Crump clearly will take the outside looks (37%). That is an area of strength though he will want to improve the efficiency over time. Defensively, Crump is more aggressive as an off-ball defender than on. Through 21 games Crump is averaging 16.4 ppg with 47 made 3's.

11/29/25: Multi-sport athlete. Long and lean. Starts for a young Lausanne team. Rebounds on both ends. Lefty shooter. Pittman III likes to dribble with his right hand and set up a quick left-handed release. Tremendous athlete. Eager to pass. As a shooter Pittman III needs to put in a lot of work.

11/29/25: Insane versatility. Unguardable most nights. Huggins was our #1 prospect in the Class of 2028 dating back to his breakout freshman year with Goodpasture. Since then, Huggins moved to Memphis and enrolled with Briarcrest Christian, producing at an alarming rate. Huggins starts for a team capable of winning the State Tournament. They did back in 2024 when [player_tooltip player_id='1760996' first='Fred' last='Smith Jr']. was Tournament MVP and Smith Jr. is still on the squad. As long as the team stays healthy it can really happen. Huggins projects as a college wing ideally capable of defending any wing at the D1 level though his offensive development is ahead of his defense right now.

1/22/25: Can score on all three levels. Confident young man. Moves well without the basketball. As of late January, [player_tooltip player_id='2859657' first='Zuri' last='McClure'] is averaging 18.0 points per game on 55% field shooting! Guards are never this efficient. Forget that Zuri is a young guard on a young team with very few other scoring threats to occupy defender's minds.

1/29/26: Scrappy. Jamarion "Jamar" Chapman plays aggressive on-ball defense. It is both good and bad, bad when he commits fouls or rather gets caught committing fouls. It could be argued he dances on the line with his arms. Still, Chapman forced a turnover against fellow sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='3450060' first='Manny' last='Holley'] (St. Benedict's) Friday in the first quarter only to foul him at the end of the first quarter. It is a fine line and one that he will likely figure out. Chapman grew to 6-foot-2 in the last 8 months. Starts for Christian Brothers after starting for MUS last winter. Tall, speedy guard. He likes to contribute with the pass. Oftentimes young guards look to score, score, and then score. He shows some offensive maturity and humility, which is a positive sign early.
