<p>Dane McMullen (Chaffee): A 5'11" 2027 guard who is a very talented bucket-getter for an 11-4 Chaffee team. The young lefty has a smooth shooting stroke from long distance and he also knows how to maneuver his way into the lane to draw contact and get the bucket and the And 1. I watched a game from the Southeast Missourian Christmas Tournament when he was really on fire. He scored 22 points in the first quarter and made three triples. He is also very dangerous in the transition game where he can accelerate in the open court.</p>

<p>Jayden Mathis (Cooter): A 6'0" 2028 guard who has a solid body along with the ability to score from anywhere on the floor. He scored 30 points in a game against Risco that I watched this week. He attacks the basket with strength and tenacity. He can score on the straight line drive or he can beat a defender with a little wiggle in his move. He can also dial it up from 3-point range as his range is pretty deep. He also works the baseline to score around the basket like someone much bigger. He is averaging 25 points a game in leading Cooter to a 12-3 record.</p>

<p>Jon Aycock (Bernie): A 6'5" 2027 forward who the anchor in the middle for a talented Mules team that is currently xx. He is a force in the paint where he can establish very good position for the catch and the power move for a bucket. He also screens well to get his teammates open. He is a strong rebounder who is capable of controlling the boards. He also has a quick jump inside to block and contest shots around the basket.</p>

<p>Paxton Hornbuckle (Delta): A 6'1" 2026 forward who recently surpassed the 1,000-point plateau in his career. He is an excellent offensive player who excels from about 15 feet on in. He works the high post area very well as he can consistently hit the mid-range jumper and also drive it for a layup. His pull-up game off the dribble is very effective. He also makes tough catches in traffic to score in the paint. He has led Delta to a 13-3 record.</p>

<p>Carlos "CJ" Wallace (Delta, Deering): A 2026 standout who has been putting up some eye-popping numbers this season. In his last outing, he scored 40 points in a victory over Ellington. He also had a triple double with 30 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists in a victory over Kipp. He then outdid himself with a quadruple double against Holcomb with 37 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 12 steals. He is currently averaging 26 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, five steals and two blocks. He is about 200 points way from reaching 2,000 career points.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2712605' first='Nolan' last='Fowler'] (Chaffee): A talented 6'3" 2027 combo guard who plays the role of playmaker and scoring threat with equal effectiveness. He plays the game at his own pace and he is very smooth with it. He drives it well and gets operates well with the jump stop to get two feet in the paint. He is an effective slasher who is capable of going coast to coast after grabbing the rebound. He is an excellent facilitator who locates his teammates on a regular basis.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='3288706' first='Brayden' last='Dwyer'] (Leopold): A 6'3" 2029 combo guard who is one of the top freshmen in the SEMO area. He plays with poise and he has a nice feel for the game. He is a very unselfish player with very good court vision and passing ability. He has confident handles, but the ball doesn't stick. He can also score it from all three levels. He can dial it up from long distance while also being able to create off the dribble to shoot the mid-range or to maneuver into the lane.</p>

<p>Ryce Lynn (Cooter): The 6'0" 2026 guard is one of the top perimeter shooters in the SEMO area and he displayed it on one extraordinary evening a few days ago when he scored 59 points and made a state-record 19 3-pointers in a victory over Ellington. His release is smooth and he can shoot it from well beyond the 3-point line.</p>
