The annual Governor's Challenge brought in well over 100 teams to the Eastern Shore region from all across the country. After taking in multiple days of action, we saw a handful of unsigned seniors from outside the region worthy of being highlighted below.

Making a return to the East Coast in his second school year away from the region, the New York native made the most of his time closer to home with two efficient and highly-productive outings. Nwigwe erupted for 28 points on Monday in a blowout win over Roman Catholic (PA), showing comfort in a new role as primarily an opportunistic finisher off cuts and crashes or in transition. Having played more of an on-ball role as an underclassman, he thrived playing off of Wasatch's pair of Big East-bound guards, using his massive wingspan and easy leaping ability to wreak havoc working downhill on limited dribbles. His length and quick feet were a factor on the defensive end as well. With his motor running like it was in Salisbury, there aren't many more promising unsigned seniors in the country.

A native of Mississippi in his second season at SoCal, Tyson impressed with his comfort and consistency in an efficient and translatable role. Tyson flourished as a floor-spacer in the halfcourt, relocating well to open space and displaying a smooth high release in the catch-and-shoot game. He showed some promise as a straight-line driver past closeouts and also impressed on the defensive end with strong off-ball instincts to go with his blend of length and mobility. With the value of big 3-and-D wings in so many college systems, it's a bit of a surprise to see Tyson still on the board at this point.

It can sometimes take a bit of time for European prospects to get used to the American game upon first coming over, but Kullamae looked plenty comfortable running the show for a high-octane SoCal lineup. A native of Estonia who played last season in Germany, he showed impressive poise and polish as an on-ball operator. He applied steady pressure on the defense with his probing handle, routinely drawing extra eyes and setting up teammates for easy shots, highlighted especially by an 11-assist/1-turnover outing in a narrow loss to Gillion Academy (VA). We'll have to see more of how he projects as a defender and perimeter shooter, but there's a wide range of D1 programs who could use the services of a mature pass-first lead guard in Kullamae's mold.

Lincoln Prep impressed as a team across three games and Tonary had a strong argument for the best individual performance of the group. Averaging over 17 points a game, he showed soft touch and smooth, repeatable mechanics as a floor-spacer off the catch from the perimeter while knocking down 10-of-24 (41.7%) from deep. Tonary really impressed with his overall feel for the game, consistently staying moving and making quick decisions with the ball from all over the floor. While he has a comfortable perimeter skillset, he doesn't shy away from his using his size and physicality around the rim on either end. Likely bound for the JUCO ranks, it would be no surprise to see Tonary matriculating at the D1 level in a couple years.

A new name on the scene stateside, Kemm has been building a reputation internationally over the past several years as one of the more dynamic downhill guards in the class. The southpaw and native of Brazil is still in the process of acclimating to the U.S. but showed promising flashes with his explosive first step and herky-jerky footwork in the lane. He came off the bench as an instant spark who defenders consistently struggled to keep in front. With significant mid-major interest already in tow, Kemm could push toward high-major territory with continued growth as a decisionmaker and perimeter shooter.
