Page (who has now grown to a legit 6'6") showed why he is considered such a high level prospect in Broughton's day two victory over crosstown foe Garner. Page finished with 27 Points and 13 Rebounds in the win, he was simply dominant throughout. Page blends his talent as a scorer with his consistent 2nd and 3rd efforts on the defensive end and on the glass. This allows his productivity to be remarkably consistent. His right hand has shown tremendous growth over the last year as well, making him that much more lethal around the basket. Page and Broughton have a chance to really build upon this win moving forward, his ability is undeniable and he's starting to figure out how to pick his spots throughout a game. He was remarkably efficient, going 12-18 from the floor in the win.

In a game that Garner needed firepower to match Broughton's, Whitner was the main one on the roster to really do it. His relentless approach and competitive fire is very obvious when watching him. Whitner finished with 15 Points and 6 Rebounds in the loss. He connected on 4-11 from beyond the arc, doing whatever he could to help get his team going. Whitner provides a ton of energy defensively as well, keeping his guy in front at the point of attack and consistently harassing the opposing ball handlers. Whitner and Garner will continue to work to round into form as we get into the thick of conference play.

Fitzgerald helps Broughton out by providing [player_tooltip player_id='2292410' first='Jordan' last='Page'] with a lot of assistance in a lot of areas. Page is going to have a high usage, Fitzgerald gives him a reliable catch and shoot option, someone that knows how to get him to the ball in spots, along with being able to be a true leader for this team. Fitzgerald finished with 11 Points and 5 Rebounds in the win. He didn't have a monster shooting night but he made very timely plays for Broughton in the win. If you look at Broughton's record over the last few seasons when Fitzgerald is in double figures, I bet it would be really really good. When he's good, they're good.

Manhertz has been such a quality player for Christ School and had a real pop off performance in the Championship game of the Rudy Watson bracket. Manhertz finished with 20 Points on 7-14 from the floor and 5-11 from beyond the arc. He also grabbed 7 Rebounds in the contest. Manhertz ability to be highly productive on limited usage is one of the things that makes him so appealing. He can shoot it on the move, he's grown to 6'9", and a lot of high level programs are taking notice. Manhertz recently visited Duke and Louisville after his John Wall Holiday Invitational performance. It's all coming together for a kid who still has so much more room to grow. Manhertz will continue to add strength and refine his game. Expect a major major national blow up shortly, we've known the whole time tho.

Robinson gave Christ School great minutes off the bench in their Championship win over Washington. He's a traditional bruising big man that has complete understanding of what he's out there to do. He's a change of pace big that brings a physical edge on the glass and in the low post. Robinson finished the game with 6 Points and 3 Rebounds in 12 Minutes on 3-4 from the floor. Having a senior big be completely bought in on his role as a backup and then flourishing in it is great to see and it's a sign of the culture that Christ School has. He can score over either shoulder in the post, has a great set of hands, and is a really sound low post defender. Robinson is a no brainer college player and should continue to help Christ School all season long.
