The Return to the Mac event took place on Saturday on the campus of the University of Oregon, and eight high school games were played on the floor of McArthur Court for the first time since 2011. We had the opportunity to watch all the action and here are some more standouts from the Class of 2026.

[player_tooltip player_id='2747504' first='Kai' last='Gallic'] (2026 Sheldon)

The senior point guard was in full control of the game at the point in Sheldon's win over Thurston, facilitating the offense finding the open man while being a total best on the defensive end. For his own offense, he stuck with the jumper hitting three from deep including a big one at the end of the third period to put the Irish up 11. He handed out four assists while nabbing six steals.

Lucas Labounty (2026 Thurston)

Solid offensive game from Labounty in Thurston's narrow loss to Sheldon as the senior wing capably got his points from multiple levels. The senior knocked down a couple of threes, was able to penetrate and either pull-up from mid-range or finish around the hoop. He often drew contact and converted at the free throw line at a 7-for-7 clip.

Jayden Robinson (2026 North Eugene)

A tremendous athlete, Robinson showed on Saturday that he has the potential to be a knock down shooter. Against the Newberg zone, he spotted up on the wing for a number of threes, including one in overtime that was in effect a back breaker that helped propel the Highlanders to the win. The senior didn't just launch it every time he got the ball - in addition to his 17 total points he also dished out four assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='2622476' first='Robbie' last='Durbin'] (2026 Lake Oswego)

As the phrase goes, there's a straw that stirs the drink and that's what Durbin was for Lake Oswego in their win over South Medford. The senior guard was guy that got things going in a fast way for the Lakers, hitting shots from the perimeter - three from deep in total - and making decisions on the break that led to easy points. 16 points and five assists.

Joey Clevenger (2026 South Medford)

A standout high jumper in track, Clevenger was able to showcase that in South Medford's game against Lake Oswego as he utilized his hang time for some creative finishes around the hoop, at times through contact. The senior was also steady with his jumper and finished with a team-high 23 points while grabbing four rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2575672' first='Jack' last='Tycast'] (2026 West Linn)

In order for West Linn to have a successful season Tycast, one of the few players with any kind of varsity experience on the team, will be counted upon for consistent game-by-game production - and that's what he delivered in the win over South Eugene. The senior forward used his length to get some good finishes around the basket and was a factor on the boards, finishing with 12 points and six rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2731711' first='Cameron' last='Perry'] (2026 South Eugene)

The art of posting up these days is lost on many young players, but not on Perry. The 6-foot-5 senior established position down on the block effectively and with a combination of backing down his defender and a soft lefty touch, was able to convert some buckets or get fouled. His shooting form is smooth as he faced up and hit a three and converted a perfect 10-for-10 from the line.

TJ Wright (2026 Churchill)

Hard nosed play on both ends from Wright, who successfully used his physical stature and quickness to be a problem for Marshfield's young players to handle. The senior looked to set up his teammates in the first half with five assists, and then started to get more aggressive with his own offense after the break. He finished with 13 points and even assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='2844572' first='Landen' last='Melvin'] (2026 Pleasant Hill)

Ridgeview pulled away in the second half in their win against Pleasant Hill, but Melvin did his best to keep the Billies competitive. The senior lefty was smooth with his shot all game long, finishing with four made threes, and also showed off his sneaky athleticism with a fast break jam in the second half that drew oohs and ahhs. He finished with 16 points ad three assists.
