Collin is the definition of an old-school floor general. He is a true pass-first point guard, with a natural feel for getting teammates the ball in their spots and keeping everyone engaged. He plays the game with poise, patience, and strong point guard instincts, often looking like a coach on the floor. While his primary focus is facilitating, Collin has shown he can assert himself as a scorer when the moment calls for it. His leadership, court vision, and command of tempo make him a steady hand at the helm.

He uses strength, footwork, and touch to finish in the paint. He plays at his own pace, and at times it looks as though he is not playing hard, but it is hard to argue because he is producing.
