Cone stamped himself as a player to watch last season averaging 15.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2 assists and 2.4 steals as a long-armed Swiss Army Knife. This season, Ja'Caiden has brought his game to another level, pouring in 28.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.4 steals. Cone is an under the radar 1-3 prospect that could be a major pickup at the right level. JUCO and D-II programs should be watching closely.

Maurice led Woodstock at 20 points per game as a freshman, the Wolverines finishing 14-15. This year Jahmar has dumped in 25.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.3 steals while guiding the Wolverines to a school-best 12-0 start and in the process picking up a Morehead State offer. Maurice is a dynamic downhill attacker. While he may not be as tall as some of his peers in the backcourt, his elite ability to get to the rim and draw fouls is what makes him so special. Through 12 games, Jahmar is 86-110 (78%) from the foul line along with 25-80 (31%) from three. Maurice is finally starting to get the credit as being one of the best 2028 prospects in all of Georgia.

North Carolina Central nabbed the services of [player_tooltip player_id='2284887' first='Duor' last='Duor'], a high-ceiling forward who has begun to dominate his senior season. The super skilled combo-forward has been a double-double presence over the course of his career with rapidly improving perimeter skills. Last season Duor averaged 13.9 points, 10.6 rebounds and 2.8 blocks. This season through eight games, Duor is posting 24.1 points, 11.4 rebounds, 1.6 steals and 2.8 blocks. His three-point shooting percentage has risen from 15-51 last year (29%) to 13-35 (37%) this year.

Now an upperclassman, Jaylin has been in the forefront of Newnan's 9-0 start. The lefty is a big guard who scores from all three levels. He's explosive downhill with how he can attack and finish with slams. Brown averaged 16.3 points per game as a sophomore but is now up to 23.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.3 steals while shooting 43% from deep, up from 34% a year ago. Brown has all the measurables to draw college attention. Look for D-II programs to potentially start his recruitment over the next 6 months.

Troup County has improved each and every season Jalen has been a part of the program. The senior guard is a handful to contain. He's a physical attacker with a burst of speed and athleticism. He elevates to finish through contact at the rim. Jalen has large hands for a guard which allows him to manipulate the ball to his advantage. Brown rebounds extremely well for a point guard, a grab-and-go fastbreak starter. While three-point shooting has never become a hallmark of his game, Brown can shoot just well enough to keep defenses from sagging off him. Jalen is up across the board, pouring in 22.7 points, 8.3 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 4.3 steals and 1.1 blocks after tallying 16.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2 assists and 2.1 steals a season ago.
