[player_tooltip player_id='2691549' first='Canon' last='Mullen'] has joined the 2028 rankings and checks in at No. 12. A versatile prospect, he can score effectively both in the paint and from the perimeter. He's also a willing passer who finds the open man when defenses get out of position. On the defensive end, Mullen uses his length and high basketball IQ to keep opponents in front of him, while also creating deflections and coming up with timely steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='3190620' first='Miles' last='Robinson'] jumped onto my radar a couple of weeks ago at the Legacy Tip-Off Classic with Valley, and he quickly made an impression. He has a natural feel for scoring, showing a strong nose for the basket and the ability to maneuver around defenders when attacking downhill. Robinson plays with good pace and balance, allowing him to create space in traffic and finish plays. On top of that, he's a legitimate perimeter threat who can catch fire from the outside and swing momentum in a hurry.

[player_tooltip player_id='3198873' first='Jeremiah' last='Anderson Reeves'] is a new addition to the rankings and brings intriguing upside as a forward. He has the height, frame, and strength to be effective in the paint, along with a natural instinct for hunting down rebounds and playing through contact when necessary. While he's still rounding out his overall game, the tools are clearly there.

[player_tooltip player_id='3199607' first='Jaxson' last='Grant'] is a player who consistently caught my eye throughout the fall. He brings a high motor that leads to hustle plays on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he isn't afraid to battle inside and convert tough buckets, and his aggressive approach stands out. On the defensive end, Grant uses his build and energy to limit opposing forwards' production.

[player_tooltip player_id='3199636' first='Noah' last='Lund'] is a Boulder City small forward who has provided solid minutes this season. He has shown the ability to score around the rim when left open and is currently averaging around 7.4 points per game for the Eagles. Lund also gives solid effort on the defensive end, making opponents work to get their shots off. And he's causing about 2 turnovers a games (1.2 SPG +.8 BPG).With plenty of time to continue developing, he projects as an impact player for Boulder City over the next few years.
