Recruiting notes: Latest on Tennessee prospects

He, along with [player_tooltip player_id='2575799' first='Walker' last='Redding'], will be taking official visits to Trevecca University on Saturday.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Huntingdon High's [player_tooltip player_id='2480027' first='Kenton' last='Smith'] and Cookeville's [player_tooltip player_id='2570869' first='Jalen' last='Denk'] will be taking official visits to Johnson University on Nov. 10. Jackson Christian's [player_tooltip player_id='2815295' first='Kelsey' last='Rose'] Jr. has had some contact with the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1766781' first='Christian' last='Bright'] has an official visit setup at Johnson University on Nov. 22. He recently went on an unofficial visit at Belmont on Nov. 2. Bright has been in contact with Belmont, Johns Hopkins University and Johnson University.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2307628' first='Sydney' last='Thompson'] committed to Pittsburg State on Friday. The Bartlett High product is one of the more underrated guards in the 2026 class. Thompson is a pest on defense, hard worker, and shot maker when his team needs a timely score or two.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
