Travis is a lead guard who impacted the game off the bounce with his aggressive takes to the cup and his ability to collapse the defense and score in traffic. He is a high-volume shot taker who got looks from all levels. He showed his ability to use his dribble to get to his spots, and defenders found it difficult to contain him off the bounce. He has good court awareness and does a good job of anticipating the defense's movement and attacking when gaps open. He does a good job rebounding his position and getting his team out in transition.

Kelan is a young, heady lead guard who has a budding PG IQ and skill set. He is really good at creating off the bounce and creating his own scoring opportunities, as well as good looks for his teammates. His ability to drive and spray and drive and dish was one of the strengths of his game, as his unselfish play made others around him better. Despite being a freshman, he showed a canny ability to manipulate defenders with his pace and hesitation and execute what the team was looking for without ever forcing the issue. You can tell that he is learning how to dictate the entire flow of the game.

Emiliano is a gritty lead guard who plays with passion and brought a lot of energy and effort to both sides of the floor. He is a small guard but did a good job keeping the offense fluid with his ability to distribute the rock. He was aggressive with the ball in his hands, put pressure on the rim, and found himself at the line several times. His energy level on the defensive end of the floor was a major asset for his team, as he frustrated several of the opposing team's players and drew offensive fouls. He forced ball-handlers to really work when looking to facilitate and create offense.

Gavin is a small lead guard who impressed me with his competitive nature. He got after it on both ends of the floor and applied pressure on whoever was guarding him and whoever he was defending on the opposite end. He is an aggressive downhill attacker who lived in the paint and made good reads in the heart of the defense. He plays with energy and passion and does not back down from opponents, no matter their size. He has a mature floor game; the ball does not stick with him, and he understands and plays his role very well on his squad.

Mikey showed true floor-general instincts, as he was really solid in running the show. He showed early that he is going to be a reliable lead guard who can be the coach on the floor. He reads coverages well and manipulates defenders with change-of-pace dribbles. He is good at changing his speeds and utilizing hesitation moves, inside-out dribbles, and misdirection to freeze help defenders. His patience allows him to make reads late in the action, and he finds roll men or kick-outs efficiently.

Nelson showed he will be a top-scoring option for his team this year. He did a good job of playing on and off the ball and produced in both spots. He will be a key backcourt complement this season as the guard play will drive the play of the team. He is a self-creator who, when he wants to get to the paint, drives with physicality and power. He showed his ability to direct the offense with confidence as well as provide scoring with scoring tools for all levels. His perimeter jumper is definitely a strength of his game.
