NHIAA Underclassmen: Wings to Watch

He's coming off of a freshman season in which he averaged 17.3 points per game and filled up the box score night in and night out. He's a big, strong prospect that makes plays with or without the ball and shows an instinct to take over games when he needs to. He has a good feel for making decisions in the half-court, knows how to play at different speeds, and does a great job of playing through contact as a driver and scorer. He has terrific positional size, plays with a strong two-way motor, and does a nice job of playing through contact. He does most of his scoring around the rim, where he utilizes his length and athleticism, but also shows the ability to make plays out to the perimeter as a ball-handler. The 6'3" wing averaged 7.3 points per game last winter, carving out a big role as a freshman. He has a good build and the mobility-strength combo to impact games in the paint or on the perimeter. He scores it in multiple ways, can attack the basket off the bounce, and does a nice job getting out and running in transition. He's coming off of a solid summer on the travel circuit and should develop into a nice prospect thanks to his combination of length, positional size, and skill. He can score around the rim with either hands, provides defensive versatility, and does a nice job as a two-way rebounder.
