I write a lot, but I still can't get to everybody all the times that I want to. So I'm going to use this article to cover 5 seniors that I want to get on paper.

Zickert has shown very real growth in his game over the years. He's a next level perimeter defender and I say that with no hesitation. Zickert is very strong physically and he uses it well to stifle opposing ball handlers. Defense wins championships and he will give you championship D.

Let's just keep up with the defensive theme from above. I think that Lowe is another next level perimeter defender. He shows good feet and hips on defense and always seems to be able to stay in front the ball. Lowe can close off a lane even against shifty ball handlers.

Esse is a high level guard that led his high school team to a Breslin Center appearance last season. He's ready and able to take his team on another deep run. Esse is unselfish with the ball, but can certainly shoot off the catch and the dribble. He's a solid passer on the move that can feed teammates on target.

Spann fits the defensive theme from some of the players listed above. He can pressure even high level ball handlers and force them into a turnover, or at least move the ball. Spann has great defensive anticipation and has a knack for turning defense into quick offense.

I've owed Njoku a mention in an article for a while now. He's a very versatile and high upside guard that could have a huge high school season. Njoku can be a big time threat when he gets out in transition. I really like what he can do in open space and the threat he can be when filling a wing.
