[player_tooltip player_id='2398266' first='Elijah' last='York'] is a prospect I had the opportunity to watch play at the Lonestar State Showdown this past summer. His performance on the Prep Hoops Circuit was remarkable, and he didn't disappoint at the Expo this past Sunday. Throughout the Expo, Elijah showcased his versatility, demonstrating his ability to stretch the floor when necessary. However, his true brilliance lay in his prowess in the paint. He consistently converted layups and dunks at an impressive rate, creating driving opportunities for himself. Additionally, Elijah capitalized off of defensive stops from his team by attacking the basket in the open floor with the ball in his hands.

Noah Bacon was a standout shooter on team 11 during the early 3v3 games at the Expo, consistently capitalized on open perimeter looks from the catch. His agility on the perimeter allowed him to move without the ball, finding comfortable spots on the floor to shoot from. Noah's perimeter shooting continued to shine in the 5v5 games, contributing to team 4's success.

[player_tooltip player_id='2610436' first='Bryant' last='Herring'] was a standout defender for his 3v3 team, consistently keeping up with opposing ball handlers well on the perimeter. Offensively, he uses his frame to get to the basket with power, often getting paint touches to create shots up close. His hustle plays make a significant impact, keeping possessions alive and coming up with defensive stops. I've watched Bryant play before the Expo and he's always demonstrated his ability to make an impact while on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2198637' first='Lijah' last='Brown'] was undoubtedly one of the most exceptional natural scorers in the entire expo. His remarkable ability to generate points on all three levels was evident throughout the event. Utilizing his athleticism, he effortlessly finished at the rim when the opportunity arose as he effortlessly bypassing numerous defenders in both 3v3 and 5v5 play. Throughout the games, he consistently created space between himself and his defenders, allowing him to get jump shots off from various spots on the court. In 5v5 play, he demonstrated his defensive prowess by consistently securing rebounds, effectively stopping his opponents on the perimeter and contributing to his team's success. After securing defensive rebounds he created transition opportunities that occasionally resulted in scoring opportunities for his team. Lijah's high activity level was evident in his constant presence on both ends of the court, making him a formidable force to be reckoned with.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560922' first='Michael' last='Best'] is a skilled shooter that can create scoring opportunities on the perimeter both off the dribble and catch throughout the 3v3 and 5v5 play at the Expo. When left open, he quickly establishes a rhythm from the perimeter. He's not the type of perimeter player that sits on the perimeter waiting for the ball. Instead, he is consistently on the move trying to create open looks for himself off the catch. However, Michael also demonstrates his ability to drive to the rim and convert layups, showcasing his versatility as a threat from the perimeter. Defensively, he possesses quick hands on the ball and the agility to keep up with opposing ball handlers.
