MaxHoops held its annual College Exposure Showcase this past weekend at Riverside High School in West Linn, and we had the opportunity to drop by on Sunday to watch some of the action including the camp's championship game. There were a number of players that we saw for the very first time or the first time in a while - here are the top ones that caught our eye.

Quinton Withers (2027 South Medford)

Withers immediately caught our attention as the tallest player in camp at 6-foot-9, his length, and his mobility running the floor. While his offensive game is still raw as is his feel for the game, he made a number of positive plays simply playing on instincts. He was effective rebounding and as a shot-blocker while also showing a decent touch on his perimeter jumper.

Tahvo Pool (2027 North Medford)

Another big man who made an impression was Pool, who listed at 6-foot-8 also had a bulky body that took up space. He ran the floor relatively well and at times was completely unstoppable inside using his strength and soft touch on his shot inside.

[player_tooltip player_id='2949447' first='Rafael' last='Pena'] (2029 Henley)

Despite being the smallest guy in camp at 5-foot-5, Pena made his mark with his heart, hustle, and motor. The freshman didn't play scared in the least even when deep in the lane amongst all the trees, looking to use his shifty dribble moves to make plays for himself and others.

[player_tooltip player_id='2517071' first='Pearce' last='Atchley'] (2027 South Medford)

Long and lanky at 6-foot-6, Atchley focused on using his ability to shoot the basketball to stretch the defense. He hit threes from all spots beyond the arc and had a knack for doing so in big moments - his last minute three in the championship ended up being the difference in the win for his team.

[player_tooltip player_id='2844702' first='Conrad' last='Mittelstrass'] (2026 Riverside)

A solid athlete, Mittlestrass had some moments despite the fact it was his first real basketball action having played soccer for Riverside this fall. The 6-foot-3 predictably ran the floor well in transition, was smooth with his pull-up jumper, and made an impact with his on-the-ball defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2815702' first='Myles' last='Stone'] (2027 Illinois Valley)

Another sleeper from Southern Oregon was Stone. The 6-foot-2 wing has a solid basketball body and a nice-looking shot from distance. He moved well without the ball and when open was pretty much automatic from the outside. His frame allowed him to be a factor on the boards as well.
