[player_tooltip player_id='2837053' first='Zion' last='Luque'] (Hickman): A 6'7" forward who is an emerging young standout in the Mid-Mo area. His size and versatility created matchup problems for defenses throughout the evening. When he got inside, he could score with a smooth jump hook over the left shoulder. He also did his best work on the perimeter as he was knocking down 3-pointers and getting to the middle area to score on pull up jumpers. His turnaround jumper in the lane was also very nice. He is now at Hickman after playing at Father Tolton during his first two years.

[player_tooltip player_id='2334930' first='Brandon' last='Rooks'] (Battle): The 6'1" point guard is one of the best in the 2027 class he gave us some of those moments last night during the semifinals. He can go at a nice easy pace, then he hits a defender with an explosive burst to get to the basket for an easy layup. He can create his own shot from all three levels and he can dial it up from well past the 3-point line.

[player_tooltip player_id='2499779' first='Jakobi' last='Laboy'] (Battle): A 6'0" 2027 guard who is an impressive bucket-getter with dynamic athletic ability. He had some excellent coast to coast drives that led to layups in transition. The young man is wired to score and he does it at all three levels. His pull up game is strong with very good elevation and he was also knocking shots down from 3-point range. He is one that can go on binge where he can ring up a lot of points in a very short period of time.

[player_tooltip player_id='2452522' first='Cooper' last='Brown'] (Father Tolton): A 6'3" wing player who has a strong motor to go with his good athleticism. He was getting out on the break and finishing well in transition. I am used to seeing his explosiveness, but he was also knocking down 3-pointers in his team's victory in the semifinals. That perimeter shooting adds a lot to his game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2431954' first='Aaron' last='Hecht'] (Rock Bridge): A 6'4" forward who plays a very solid game. He does a lot of little things that will help his team succeed. He was good at hitting open shots. He hit a couple of 3-pointers and a 15 footer from the baseline. He uses good head fakes around the basket to score in the paint. He made a couple of nice rotations on defense that led to him getting steals. He is also a good passer who found open teammates on the cut.

Josh Ndori (Rock Bridge): A 6'5" forward who was very comfortable on the perimeter as a ball handler and facilitator. He showed the ability to score when he was able to get into the lane and hit the short jumper. He is also a solid rebounder who is capable of guarding multiple positions.

Trayvon Saunders (Battle): A 6'0" guard who is physically strong and he used that strength to his advantage on the drive. He was seeking the contact whenever he entered the lane and he finished well. He was also rebounding the ball very well from the guard position.

Noah Rose (Hickman): A 6'1" guard who has good length and who can shoot it well from 3-point range. He moves well and he relocates to the open spots to shoot it with a quick release. He attacks the basket well and he showed some good body control on his driving layups in traffic. He even got confident late in the game and tried to dunk on somebody's head.
