Steinbeck is a transfer from Blair (Nebraska), coming across the river to play his sophomore year at CBAL. A talented wing with great size and length, he's a high-level shotmaker who can bury shots routinely off both the dribble and the catch. With his size, he can shoot over defenders, and he's an adept ball-handler and shot creator off the dribble. He should step into a big-time role immediately for the Lynx as a sophomore.

Thielen was really productive as a freshman, averaging 13.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.9 steals per game for the Titans, and if his play throughout the spring and summer is any indication, he's just getting started. He's a high-level shotmaker who knows how to get to his spots whenever he wants to either off the dribble or the catch. He has a smooth stroke from the 3-point line, and is working to become a more consistent weapon from distance, but he's nearly automatic in the mid-range. His length and IQ are assets on the defensive end as well, getting into passing lanes and contesting shots.

Another player coming off a very productive freshman campaign is Spencer, who put up 11.7 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game for the Falcons last season. A young big man with patient, quick footwork on the block, he's an efficient scorer, shooting 52.6% from the floor last season. He's a really good rebounder on both ends of the floor, and has great timing as a rim protector.

Mosala didn't get any varsity run with CBAL last season, but could step into a role as a sophomore. He's a big-bodied wing who can score from all three levels. He absorbs contact and finishes through it at the rim, can rebound well on both ends of the floor, and has the combination of size, strength, and athleticism to defend multiple positions.

The younger brother of Treynor star [player_tooltip player_id='1978103' first='Alec' last='Lovely'], Kalob possesses many of the same attributes that make Alec so potent. He's a really good ball-handler with great vision. He shoots it well off the dribble, has good footwork, and gets into his shot quickly. And he's a really confident offensive weapon who wants to have the ball in his hands in big moments. Look for Lovely to emerge as a real threat this season in a complementary role, and then take over as the Cardinals' go-to weapon as a junior and senior.
