The 2025 Prep Hoops Carolinas Freshman Showcase and Top 250 Expo were held in Rock Hill, South Carolina, on Saturday. This is one of the best days of the year because there were over 150 of the best prospects from North Carolina and South Carolina competing under one roof. Take a look at my Top 250 Expo Team 3 Evaluations:

#816 [player_tooltip player_id='2420843' first='Christian' last='Rivera'] (Denmark-Olar) - Leading off the Team 3 Evaluations is [player_tooltip player_id='2420843' first='Christian' last='Rivera']. Rivera could be a key piece for the new-look Denmark Olar Vikings in 2025-26. He is a small but quick Guard who gets up the court in a hurry and does a good job of setting his teammates up.

#855 [player_tooltip player_id='2197894' first='Jeremiah' last='Howard'] (Lexington) - As we've come to expect with Jeremiah, he was one of the hardest workers at the Prep Hoops Carolinas Top 250 Expo. He frequently chased loose balls and missed shots, while also making the right pass and knocking down jumpers.

#872 [player_tooltip player_id='2373167' first='Makhi' last='Tyler'] (Gray Collegiate) - Tyler is an intriguing 6'6" Forward who projects to have a bright future for GCA. Not only is Makhi a solid scorer inside with good touch and the ability to catch lobs, but he can also stretch the floor and knock down threes.

#912 [player_tooltip player_id='2554827' first='Max' last='Meyer'] (Invest Collegiate Imagine) - Meyer was a solid off-ball Guard for Team 3. Max knocked down a few jump shots early on in 5v5, which created more lanes for him to drive and finish or dump off to teammates.

#916 [player_tooltip player_id='2537653' first='Jeramie' last='Lewis'] (Byrnes) - Lewis also provided some outside shooting to this group on Saturday. Jeramie stayed active without the ball in his hands, making good cuts to the rim, relocating around the perimeter for more space, and hitting open threes.

#873 [player_tooltip player_id='2959386' first='Nashon' last='Smith'] (Cox Mill) - Nashon was the North Carolina prospect I was most familiar with coming into the weekend after watching him multiple times this summer. I was impressed with him again as he used his size and skill to aggressively seek his own shot without feeling inefficient.

#979 [player_tooltip player_id='2534819' first='Hatch' last='Kelly'] (Lucy Beckham) - Kelly brought a nice swing presence to this squad. Although he is a capable perimeter shooter, Hatch was at his best working hard for loose balls, battling for boards, and scoring through contact at the rim.

#999 [player_tooltip player_id='2537635' first='Ebon' last='Miller'] (St. James) - Rounding out the list of Team 3 Evaluations is one of my top overall standouts from the Prep Hoops Carolinas Expo, [player_tooltip player_id='2537635' first='Ebon' last='Miller']. Miller has a broad frame to dominate the paint on both ends of the floor. However, he's not exclusively a brute-force big, as he also has a nice right-handed hook and is capable from behind the arc.
