Pro West Exposure Camp 2028 Names to Know

The Pro West Camp at the Fieldhouse in Walnut Creek on September 6-7 had a good group of 2028 prospects competing at a good level. Here's a look at some of the lesser known prospects who also caught our attention with their play on the court.    He moves into his second season on the varsity with an expanding skill set, and role. He has the size, and strength to defend, and rebound inside, the foot speed, length and lateral movement to defend away from the basket. At 6'3 he can be effective in the post area. He shows improving ball handling away from the basket, taking on defenders, with different finishing moves after getting to the basket.     Good length, still growing. He works mostly off ball passing, slashing, and moving along the perimeter, he's shot ready for 3's. He's an alert defender, helping off ball, and hustling out to defend 3-point shooters with hands up. He finds a body to box out, hustles to fill lanes in transition.     At 6'5 he's longer, looks stronger with a growing skill set. He's showing improvement on both sides of the ball. In the Frosh/Soph All Star game, he scored with 24pts. He used his dribble along the baseline, and other areas to finish strong around the rim. He took the open 3, made 2 of them. He has foot speed and size to defend multiple positions, he'll hit the boards.     The transfer from Modesto Christian will have instant impact at his new school. He's a quality combo guard in the 2028 class. Good size, handles the ball, sees the court, involves others. He can create his own shot opportunities with strong dribble drives to the basket. He hits the mid-range off the dribble, good finisher in transition. He's a quality defender with good movement. We'll see more.     He's a rising prospect in the 2028 Class. He has size, and an improving skill set. He was the leading scorer in the Frosh/Soph All Star game with 27 points, he made three 3-pointers, and hauled in 8 rebounds. He shows a versatile style of play, an improving ball handler, sees the court, moves the ball, works well along the baseline.     He's fast at 5'7, in constant motion without the ball making cuts. He uses quick dribbles, has some shifty moves, and go by speed to keep defenders off balance. He can get to the basket, finish with high off the glass floaters, or hit the quick pull-up jumper in the paint over taller defenders. He sees the court, excellent passer. He's pesky on ball defender.     A quality point guard, from the 707 Area. He'll get increased playing time on the varsity after being a solid contributor last season. He's probably a pass first point guard, good ball movement, vision. He does have the speed and quickness to generate his offense on penetrating moves, floaters, and paint jumpers. He defends on ball with foot speed and lateral movement.
