Impact Players in Southern Utah

We will start things off in the south as we take a look at some of the most impactful players heading into the winter. This series aims to highlight the rising stars and key contributors who are poised to make a significant impact on the court during the upcoming season.    Odjegba has steadily improved since his freshman year, showcasing a broadened skillset and effectively utilizing his natural athleticism. He is projected as a key contributor in Southern Utah, with the potential to further hone his abilities and secure a promising college opportunity within the coming years. His current talent suggests Division II potential, though he could very well ascend further this winter.     Tippets enters the season as an all-around player, showcasing his versatility on the court. While he has proven his abilities, he will need to step up his scoring this season and should see an increase in his assists. To become an impact player, Tippets must be ready to take on a larger role and contribute significantly this year.     Mackay needs to focus on improving his shooting this season to not only enhance his individual performance but also boost his team's overall success. Achieving a mark of 45 or more made three-pointers would be a significant indicator of his effectiveness and impact on the game. Holbrook is a promising shooter capable of spacing the floor effectively. With an increased shot volume and a mere 5% to 10% improvement in his shooting percentage this upcoming season, his impact on the game will be substantial. He has the potential to significantly elevate the performance of Desert Hills High School.
