As the summer circuit draws to a close, a new wave of talent from the Class of 2028 began to emerge, captivating coaches, scouts, and basketball enthusiasts alike. These young prospects didn't just participate, they made their presence felt, consistently delivering standout performances on both ends of the floor. With a combination of athleticism, skill, and basketball IQ well beyond their years, these players showcased the promise and potential to become the next group of prospects to keep an eye on this 2025-26 High School season. His length allows him to defend multiple positions effectively, and he displays an emerging talent for orchestrating plays as both a point and shooting guard. His performance was pivotal for his team during the DC Live event I watched in June. Graves demonstrated a good release and touch from deep, making timely reads and showing the ability to set up teammates effectively. Defensively, he exhibits quick hands and utilizes his wiry frame to defend well, and finish plays at the rim.     [player_tooltip player_id='2731358' first='Eli' last='Farmer'] is a hard-playing baseline scorer, rebounder, and inside/out defender. As a young prospect, he possesses the potential to become a solid contributor for his team over the next several years. It doesn't take long to see all the appealing qualities Farmer possesses and how they could translate to a variety of different on a variety level. His blend of size, athleticism, and well-rounded skillset makes him adaptable to almost any situation. Farmer has useful creation skills, especially for his size, and mixes it up well from all levels as a scorer. He already possesses a strong, defined frame with long arms and effortless pop athletically. Floyd is comfortable operating in various roles alongside all types of players. He's a useful rebounder and capable defender across multiple positions. Looking forward to seeing Farmer progression for the next three years.     In limited action during the High School live event, Conner Miles demonstrated comfort and confidence in knocking down perimeter jumpers from 15–18 feet. His shooting ability marks him as an intriguing wing prospect. He is primarily dangerous off the catch but can create his own shots when needed. Miles possesses deep range beyond the arc. He shows balance in his game, excelling both off the ball and off the dribble. His strong inside presence and rebounding skills provide crucial second-chance opportunities and defensive stops.     Strong two-way guard. Showed off deep 3pt range on jump shot. Also showed the willingness to set the table and initiate half-court sets. He sets the tone as the primary creator and playmaker, consistently making smart decisions on the court. Nance is adept at scoring when necessary and brings toughness to his defensive efforts. He competes at a high level on both ends of the floor, utilizing his ability to spread the floor effectively. Coleman's quick first step allows him to penetrate defenses and exploit gaps efficiently.     Efficient scorer, floor general, willing defender, gets to the rim with regularity and showed to be high IQ ball handler and passer. Crafty guard who completely controls the action as a creator. Conley is a willing passer and quality creator with great balance between scoring and playmaking. He touches the paint at a nice rate and makes the right decisions with the ball in his hands. Conley also stands out as a pesky defender at the point of attack and regularly outworks opponents to make hustle plays.
