Top Prospects At Big Shots Summer Nat’l

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Big Shots held their annual Summer Nationals this weekend at the Henrico Sports Center out in Richmond. The event featured a lot of local DMV talent ranging across the three states. Already coming into the weekend as one of Big Shot's top scorers over the summer, he capped off the Nationals with a couple of 20+ point games. It was very hard for the defense to deal with his size and speed at the guard spot all weekend. Faron could get to the cup at any time without using much burst or finesse to maneuver by the defense. Just smoothly got to his spots and rose over the contest when necessary. Played well in a tough back-and-forth battle with local Just Us Nation in Richmond. George controlled the ball with a smooth handle and got by the different waves of defenders well. His shot efficiency started to improve over the course of the game. George got to the cup anytime he wanted and didn't have to burst through traffic to get to the basket. Confident in his shot and began to make the baskets as he kept shooting. Bryce came down with all defensive rebounds and pushed the ball up the floor to ignite the break. His offensive production was impressive, Bryce was getting by his defender and finishing at the basket all game long. When the defenders closed in, he was able to slow things down and get to a short shot in the midrange. Found his shooters along the perimeter consistently while putting up big scoring numbers for [program_tooltip program_id='2078815' first='VABA' last='Bruins']. The rising junior showed off his spectacular athleticism, jumping through the lane for multiple offensive rebounds to set up another shot for his team. Isaiah came away with a lot of baskets in the paint, but he was very comfortable pulling up in the midrange. Savage made very heady passes to his players who were open for a split of a second. Made the right play time and time again without forcing his hand. The young guard made a lot of big plays for his squad. Diallo made strong drives to the rim and finished regardless of contact or pressure. Finished of a lot of and-1's over the weekend. Diallo scored a lot of points for Team Vito and ended up as one of the leading scorers, along as one of the leading assist-men on the roster. He dished to cutters and shooters alike, read the pick-and-roll well and found teammates on the weak-side after reading the floor. The young guard is already a factor with the ball in his hands. He made some very impressive plays from time to time in Richmond that make you forget he is just a couple weeks away from being a sophomore. Puran is a true threat as a shooter that likes to take the shots the defense gives him, rarely forced looks up. Sees the whole floor and used his size to make passes over and around the defense all game vs VA Grind.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
