The Tune Up: Minnesota concluded Sunday afternoon at Shakopee High School. As play closed players and teams got one final chance to compete and put their skills on full display. Locking down the paint and out rebounding the opposition was crucial in tightly contested bracket play matchups. Here are the top five bigs that played a critical role in controlling the front court at the 13U, 14U and 15U levels

Gorman made up half of the Hoop Troops imposing front court. At 5'11 Gorman has the size to play either the power forward or center position. Driving the lane with speed and authority on the offensive side of the ball. Using his height and frame to create space in the post. Gorman also possesses a solid jump shot as well, hitting a nice turnaround jumper for the Hoop Troop on Sunday afternoon.

At 6'3, Pierre provides an imposing presence in the paint for the 26ers. With good height as well as an impressive wingspan, Pierre makes scoring in the post difficult for the opposition. On offense Pierre has no trouble driving to the cup for easy layups. He also showed some versatility pulling up from three and nailing an easy jump shot from the top of the arc. Pierre showed that he can be a true dual threat big while being reliable on defense.

Erickson was a force at the small forward position for Real Phenom 13U on Sunday. Using his size to create space, Erickson isn't afraid to play physical in order to get to the cup. Erickson also showed he could box out defenders, snatching a second chance rebound on offense and putting it in for an easy bucket. While he plays mostly small forward Erickson showed he could clog the lane and plat solid defense at the center position as well.

Hill locked down the paint all weekend for 94 feet of game. With good size, Hill showed now fear driving to the bucket. With a solid frame Hill is also able to box out the opposition with ease and snatch rebounds. Hill showcased his ability to use his size and length to his advantage and was a force in the front court for 94 feet of game.

Siefert was a standout in the front court for the Fury on Saturday afternoon. With good size, Siefert showed he was able to play physical. Getting his hands up for a big bloc on the defensive side of the ball. Siefert fights his way to the rim on the offensive side of the ball, while also showing speed in transition getting behind the defense for multiple fastbreak layups. Siefert can slot in at both the center and forward positions and play them well.

Holt was the other part of the Hoop Troop's lock down front court.
