To add a layer to that portion of the conversation, it must be said that Brielen is a threat from deep at any point of the offensive possession. His feel and shot selection stood out as he took threes within the rhythm of the offense and converted at a high rate. His budding maturity, timing, and balance in his shot elevate him beyond just a capable shooter, he is proving to be a strategic one.

I saw him earlier in the month of June and he showed his ability to shoot from distance, but what I saw at #GBCALive solidified him as one of the top shooters in Alabama. He went from having an average first to erupting with offensive production in the second half with majority of it coming from behind the arc. His confidence and ability to score in bunches make him one of the most dangerous microwave scorers in Alabama's 2027 class.

The part of his game that stood out was his ability to score the rock. He is high powered scoring threat who can create his own offense and does a good job making tough shots in the process. He scores at all levels, but his ability to make the three kept defenders having to choose how to play him, whether for the three or for the drive. Zyree did an excellent job exploiting the indecisiveness of his defenders, and most gave him the three rather than the drive and he made them pay just about every time.

I had heard the noise from the crowd so I stepped over, and realized it was Milton HS, a team that was on my schedule to watch. So, I took some time to watch the game, and saw this kid showing elite catch-and-shoot ability with deep range and mechanics. His rhythm had the opposing coach scrambling to deny him touches. He put on a shooting clinic and proved to be one of the top shooters at the event. Later I found out it was Pierce, a kid who I had seen previously. He plays with a lot of confidence and freedom with Milton and will help them be in the midst late in the season. He doesn't just shoot well, he demands defensive attention with his ability to change a game in a matter of possessions.
