Jack has a strong instinct for attacking the lane and putting pressure on the defense. He shows excellent feel and soft touch when finishing at the rim. His jump shot is capable, but it looks like trusting it more could take his game to another level. His ability to break down defenders creates opportunities not only for himself but for his teammates as well. Very few guards can contain him off the dribble, and the range of finishes he displays around the basket stands out. His ball control is sharp, and his leadership presence is obvious whenever he’s on the court.

Another senior to earn Region Player of the Year honors, Sparks has been the catalyst for the Raiders with his production and leadership from the lead guard position. He is a quick, athletic, high-scoring playmaker who consistently puts pressure on opposing defenses with his speed and ability to create off the dribble. Sparks shows a strong feel for the game, sees the floor well, and can shift seamlessly between scorer and distributor depending on what the defense gives him. In addition to his playmaking ability, he is a reliable perimeter shot maker with range, making him a complete offensive threat in the backcourt.
